I had a fantastic experience with Enterprise! The service was great—staff was friendly, professional, and made the process smooth and pleasant. The car was spotless and well-maintained, making for a comfortable drive. Plus, the location was very convenient, which made pickup and drop-off hassle-free. Highly recommend Enterprise for their excellent customer service and quality vehicles!

No one knows what's happening. They end and restart contracts after short periods. 300 dollar deposit. Ridiculous as hell. I returned the car and they called a week later asking me to extend the reservation.... I returned it. They had no idea. How does a whole car just .... Get missed?

My Mom got into an accident and needed a rental car which our insurance was covering up to a certain dollar amount and we chose a car accordingly. Service was good in terms of them being on time with the car and all, however, when the representative came to the body shop with the rental car, he had to go through all the forms on his Ipad and asked my mom questions about other services she might need. She told the guy she doesn't need any vehicle insurance or any other sort of service since we already have our own insurance to cover any damages that could occur to the car. So, the guy scrolled down (During the pandemic lockdown the enterprise rep did not allow customers to go through the forms on the Ipads themselves like most other places) straight to the line to sign and my mom did so under the impression that the base cost of the rental was covered through our insurance which it was. Upon returning the car we were hit with a bill that included extra insurance charges and enterprise was saying that we "opted in" for the optional insurance to cover any damages to the rental vehicle.

I was just recently involved in a motor vehicle accident which was very upsetting. I went to Champion and Dawn helped me out a great deal. She then referred me to Enterprise. Darryl drove the car to me, and all of their cars are beautiful and comfortable. Darryl was very helpful and considerate of my situation. He thoroughly explained everything I needed to know, and kept in touch with me throughout the week. I would recommend using Enterprise any time you need a rental.
