Had an issues with the brakes on my diesel bus. These guys took me right in and got it sorted in under 30 minutes. Some of the nicest people I’ve met in a long time, this place is great; they are smart, honest and great at what they do.

This Place was wonderful and they were very helpful!! They saved the day for us. My Driver had been sitting on Turnpike for hours and the Tow Company referred us to them and they provided excellent Service. They had to Install rear RH axle shaft removed for towing & Diagnose vehicle shutdown issue to be plugged tank vent for the LH fuel tank. They also cleaned the vent tube and completed a road test. I would really suggest going to this place because they are very knowledgeable and nice and they made sure that my driver was well taken care of and back on road.FWS Transportation, INC

Had the oil cooling system replaced due to an oil leak. Paid $3,000.00 for the repair. 2 days later the truck was making loud noises and broke down in the middle of Rt 1 in South Brunswick. Had it towed back and was told the engine was blown. I was told by Brian that it happens. Never, was there an issue with the engine. It was a Sprinter van with diesel that had only 118k miles. He then says I'd be better off bringing it someplace else. No way can I believe that the service on the oil cooler didn't cause the issue with the engine. Tot as l loss of the van and all they could say was " it happens ".Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had an oil leak in my 2007 Sprinter van. I was told by Brian Jr. the oil cooler was causing the problem. When I received the truck back after the repair was done I paid my $2800 and left thinking the problem was fixed. Not 2 days later the van began making a loud noise. It started shaking when it died out in the middle of Rt 1 in S Brunswick. Had it towed back to Erb's where I was then told the motor was shot. Never, I repeat never had there been any problem with the engine. It was a diesel with only 118k miles. I was told by Brian, it happens. No way can I believe that the work previously done wasn't the cause of the engine failure. Something they did when they worked on the oil cooler caused the engine to fail. So because I trusted Erbs truck repair to fix the problem I brought the van in for, I ended up with a total loss of my Sprinter van and all Brian could say is "it happens". At no time was I told they had no skill set in repairing the vehicle and I should take it elsewhere. Not until they told me about the engine did they say I'd be better off bringing it somewhere else. I only wish I had recourse against Erb's repair but unfortunately I didn't know what I could do other than sue them and prove their incompetence. If this was over their heads, I would just have appreciated they tell me that and I would have gone to a different repair shop. Horrible experience and would never recommend this shop to anyone.
