Old guy not the nice postmaster... rude to both the lady infront of me and then to me aswell. If I'm rating public service by our federal employees I give this guy a 0/10. Assume people who come in don't know much about shipping. I don't send things out so idk what to do and he just took a nasty attitude towards my ignorance. Unappreciated and uncalled for snarky comments made. Wish the postmaster was in bc atleast she explains things to me on what I need to do without being condescending.

People always say that people won’t rate USPS unless they have a very bad experience here and take good service for granted with no rating. However, this USPS is very friendly and very efficient which makes me want to give a high rate!

I wish I could give them a 10 out of 5!Absolutely the BEST usps office I’ve been to. It is tiny but it has everything you need. The staff is super helpful and patient. If you want to mail the passport renewal application, you HAVE TO choose this USPS office. They know a LOT about this and will give you tons of help. BEST experience with the mailing office EVER.

Help me! I haven’t gotten my mail at my business on a regular basis since July. I can’t get help from their staff, keep getting sent back and forth between here and Hamilton trying to figure out whose responsible for delivering my mail.. What’s going on at the post offfice? Also unable to speak with anyone on the phone and the phone automated system is not picking up my selections.Was finally able to speak with a national customer service representative who was able to put in a work order for me. Hopefully I’ll start getting my mail consistently. This has been frustrating.

This post office is tiny, but almost all the employees are awesome - incredibly helpful and nice women! However, if you get the big man, do NOT step in before lunchtime because he will rudely tell you that you may cut into his lunch hour. He was so incredibly unprofessional that even my 6 year old asked me why he was so mean and if he was a bad person. I simply told her that I'm happy that she can recognize the difference between being polite and rude. But everyone else is really nice!

In the pandemic world of virtual everything, I had to mail out 40 packages with invitations & favors for a virtual baby shower. I searched the area to see if there were any USPS with better reviews than mine, because I knew I would need some patience & kindness when I walked in with two bags full of boxes. I decided to drive 25 minutes out of my way to this office, and it was more than worth the trip! She was kind, efficient and patient with me - first time I’ve left the post office in months and felt confident that my packages will get out safely! I had to call a friend on the way home just to talk about how happy I was to enjoy a trip to the post office. Incredible service, I would recommend this location to anyone who is anxious about USPS experience.
