Very nice and spacious and new hotel. We got spoiled staying there and we don’t like any other hotel now. The chef is excellent and makes delicious breakfast.

I am a titanium elite member and stay in this hotel at least once a month when I fly into teterboro. My stay recently had my first ever rat in my room and the way it was handled was surprising. It’s usually great but a month ago I woke up to a rat in my room. I told the front desk and they didn’t seem phased and moved me to another room. After writing my initial review, the manager contacted me directly and handled everything very well. The breakfast here is probably the best out of any element I have stayed in

This is a wonderful hotel with modern rooms. There's a rooftop bar that gets busy at night so make a reservation if you want to enjoy it.

The Hotel Staff, Room and Amenities were all terrific, however, we had quite a few guests for a wedding party that had some serious issues with parking and the rooftop bar (Concourse Club) on Friday night 10/27, after the wedding reception next door at the Fiesta. When we and our guests returned from the reception, we were not able to park in any of the open spaces due to the "Valet Parking" attendant for the Concourse Club. We had several elderly and handicapped family members who were forced to park in adjacent parking lots like Pep Boys, Wendy's and more, because the valet had place pylons in empty parking spaces right in the front of the hotel entrance. When one of our guests moved a pylon, they were berated and instructed to move to another space. The Bride, Groom and entire bridal party that tried to enter the rooftop bar were all turned away, in several cases, manhandled by security and bouncers, because they were NOT properly dressed, despite still wearing a wedding dress and bridesmaids gowns, but with "comfortable shoes". There was zero respect shown to those party goers by the Concourse Club staff. In the end, the overall experience with the Element would have been a solid 10 had it not been for the problems with the on-site nightclub atmosphere at the rooftop bar, which was a selling point for this hotel, when booking the wedding facility.

As I see now this hotel was a complete scam. First to start off with the roof top bar. So insanely loud. As I go to enter the building I had almost slipped on the tile they have outside due to it being a rainy day. The bar it self, is NOT a bar. Overall experience inside was terrible, Prices were very high, staff are extremely rude. The next thing I had a big issue with was the breakfast meal. 3 pancakes the size of a coaster for cups ?♂️ There was NO PARKING for hotel residents because of customers and catering of the bar. Very poor service I’ve paid half of the price for a room and have gotten a real breakfast. I paid a total of $304 for one night. -EDIT- I forgot about the pool size, the were 6 people in the pool and no room for my guests and I. There happened to be a line, for a tiny 12x6 pool.

The hotel was nice, the common suite was beautiful but do not go to the bar upstairs. The bar has the rudest security and horrendous management. I was called a çünt on my wedding night, told to go f myself when I complained the next day to the “manager” sommer and blocked my the concourse club. I didn’t have a single drink at my wedding, they were open for 10 more minutes and we set aside 5k for their bar, just to be treated like garbage. So if you stay at this hotel DO NOT GO TO THE CONCOURSE CLUB! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY, FOLLOW YOU INTO THE HOTEL,THREATEN TO BEAT YOU UP & BLOCK YOU FOR COMPLAINING. And the “reason” for bad service is because I was “underdressed” and I was in my entire ballgown wedding dress so go figure.

It was a bar experience only, not the hotel.Everything was nice and comfy. A bit expensive, but I can’t complain about the cocktails. They are excellent!

I was blown away by this hotel. The front staff, the housekeepers, the breakfast crew were all amazing. We came to support our son's Columbia University football game. After the game, we came b ack to the hot and had pizza with our family in the lobby. The staff was accommodating and helpful. Totally awesome and this our place of preference anytime we come to New York.

We were able to get a great rate for a one night stay. The hotel is conventiently located near the new American Dream mall and an easy to drive to waterfront (city skyline) Weehawken. The hotel was very clean, had wonderful amenities, and a room containing a kitchenette. I can't say enough about the complimentary (totally free) breakfast. Chef-made crepes and egg bites, baskets of fresh bagels and pasties and a high end cappuccino/espresso machine! The breakfast alone is a worth a stay. They even had gluten free/Dairy free options!! 10/10 stay!!I’ve seen prior complaints about parking but you have the option to park in attached lots (owned by the hotel). No issues whatsoever. I’ve also seen complaints about noise due to their upper level club. We were on floor 4 and had the most peaceful sleep.

The hotel and its amenities are fine however the service and billing processes are the worst. I travelled for business and stayed 6 nights in September. My booking was prepaid in full. On October 9th, I expected my full incidentals refund of $300. The hotel refunded the full amount and then immediately applied a charge of $172.16. No one could immediately say why and trying to get to management was painful. Finally they shared a bill showing a deposit of $955. They are thieves!!!! I have a receipt showing the full amount plus taxes and fees were paid. I want my money back!!!! My room was fully paid for and I have no additional charges for anything. All they are doing is giving the round around. Do not stay here. Take your money and card elsewhere.

Possibly, one of the worst hotel managed in NJ.I left with a lot of disappointment and bitterness.Manager isn’t available, yet, managers are the only ones capable of performing any adjustments to your bill (e.g refund, rate adjustment, etc)Staff are not well educated on how to communicate with customers in regards to upgrade policy and late check out (two different employees had two different answers)If your room is located closer to cliff side, you are golden. I believe due to poor sound proofing(I dont expect 0dB, but give me some peace) the rooms are quite noisy. If your room is closer to road/highway side, be prepared to hear the followings : loud cars, frequent train commute, across street car wash, etc.As part of Marriott chain, I expected something better. But this place was literally a super disappointment and a shame.Noteworthy details: Stay away from the road side rooms. The noises are unbearable.

Nice rooms, however, I was quoted $244 when I booked the room two weeks prior. Was also told I could pay cash upon arrival, which I could not! When we received the statement, the total came to $390.15, which included two different taxes, and an “incidental “ fee which would be refunded in 5 to 7 days which I was also not told! Upon checking out, none of the numbers made any sense. I do not recommend this hotel. There are many hidden fees that are unexplained. I was very disappointed. Our bill literally jumped up $100. Again, I would never recommend this place.

We booked this as we normally stay at Marriott hotels. The photos online look great, the actual reality of things doesn't align. I was not aware there was a nightclub prior to booking. We were on the 3rd floor facing the parking lot. I didn't hear the club itself but I could hear full audio the conversations and fights in the parking lot, which there were many. Also the fights and yelling wasn't from hotel or club guests it was the valet staff out there fighting and screaming at all hours of the night. It goes all night, and the valet service is extremely rude and loud. The valet service made no sense to me, they take your car and park it in the closest spaces for the club guests, and block all of the hotel parking with cones. There is no actual parking for the hotel guests. We were forced to park offsite at Pep-Boys in specific parking spaces to avoid being towed, which wasn't a guarantee that we wouldn't be towed. Knowing that alone I would never have booked at this hotel. Upon arrival I inquired about the pool and they said it was closed. It was not posted anywhere online that the pool was closed and I specifically booked this hotel because I wanted a pool for my kids to use, it's their only request when we travel. Knowing that I would not have stayed at that hotel. The pool did eventually open the night before we left so my kids were able to use it for about 30 minutes, we kept being told it would open the next day and it just wasn't opening. I requested an early check in because we were driving in 6 hours from another vacation spot. We were taking a vacation within our vacation. They ignored my request and I couldn't even do the online check in to get the electronic key. Of note the electronic key could have been an issue with my credit card because I had to change the travel plans to unlock it. I ended up keeping the hotel and declined leaving because everyone was tired after driving 6+ hours. We always stay at hotels with full kitchens because we have food allergies. The kitchen was well stocked with a dishwasher, plates, cookware, etc. There are no trashbags for the trash cans and they do not offer housekeeping so you are literally forced to leave trash on the floor because there is nowhere for it to go. Most Marriott hotels I have stayed at have trash bags in the bins and an extra bag within the bin. Most Marriott hotels with kitchenettes that I have stayed at offer a scrub pad for cleaning dishes, this one had paper towels and dish soap but not a way to clean the dishes which seemed wonky. The room also has a table for eating but it had 0 chairs, there was an office chair, but the photos show actual chairs to sit at so the table was useless for the other 4 people in my party. We checked in and put on the reservation that there were 5 people staying there, but there were only 2 towels in the room. When we asked for more towels they didn't want to give us more, but eventually gave us 3. Why could each person not have a towel? These were the same towels we had to use for our entire stay because there is no housekeeping and they do not give out towels. The couch and bedding has nasty stains. The disposable coffee cups for the coffee machine had been used and put back. The blinds are black out but aren't in the track so they don't actually block out the light and don't run on the track. The closer doors have lights in them but don't fully shut so the light stays on all the time.Rooms: Rooms look high end but they are shoddy, the finishes are all falling apart. The work was thrown together and that is reflected in the usability. Blinds are broken, doors don't close, furniture is missing-probably broken and never replaced. Couches and bedding are stained and gross.Safety: It can't be safe parking your vehicle off site and then having to walk back to the hotel and hope your vehicle isn't towed or broken into.Walkability: You will be walking trying to find a place to park your car as there is no parking for hotel guests only club-go

I stayed at this facility for 1 night . I love how well the facilities was kept . The rooms were a great size as well as the bathroom . The beds were comfy . The facility has a gym , indoor pool and outdoor lounge . It close to major roadways , restaurants and less then a 8 minute to American Dream Mall . I will definitely recommend to all ages and groups .

Right off the main road. Close to MetLife stadium. Rooms and hotel look almost new. Courteous staff. Decent breakfast. There is a club on the main floor that seemed fairly popular also.
