The woman who took my test was nice. I was told I'd get my results emailed to me the next day. 3 days later still no email! So I called and they finally sent it. The report shows it was ready at 8:03 the next day, but it was never sent! My wife is still waiting for her results.

Terrible service! My Husband was tested on Monday, January 3, 2022, we are already 6 and nothing that they send him his results and one without knowing if he had or still has covid, Terrible! ??

No results and no one picks up the phone when you call. My kids can’t go back to school without the results and my insurance company is going to get billed. This is ridiculous.

Trying to reach the office is impossible, no result on a PCR for Covid but I bet they billed my insurance company!!

Guys don’t go here or any other lap run by this company. They charge 525$ for PCR Covid test that’s crazy.

NEVER RECEIVED MY RESULTS AND NO ONE EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE. NOT SURE IF THIS ONE OF THOSE SCAM TESTING SITES...BUT I WILL BE CONTACTING THE PROPER AUTHORITIES. HORRIBLE!

Went for a Covid test on 12/18/2021 and still haven't received my results. I've called and sometimes the phone just rings and when someone does answer, I just get the same response from the person saying "give me 20 minutes and I'll send it to you". I've left numerous messages and sent emails and haven't received a response back yet. What I have received is a bill from my insurance company. Don't believe this place is legit. I wouldn't even waste my time going. At this point I've given up and was tested someplace else.

I was promised results in 24 to 48 hours. I understand that during these times businesses are backed up however it had been well over a week I have tried calling and sending several emails to no avail. The lab is constantly closed despite the hours that are posted. I even went to the testing area to get my answers and no one was of any help. I was told that my debit card would allow me access to the building despite not being a member of said bank and it didn’t work. I just recently had four wisdom teeth removed and so I needed my results to go to a follow up appointment. After countless calls and emails like I stated above still no response. they might tell you to go to their website and go to the online portal but the online portal does not work. It is not my Wi-Fi or my phone several people have tried and it says that there is an error. It is nearly impossible to get results nobody of any help. do not use this lab

I was tested on the 21st and still havent gotten my results as of the 28th. No one would answer the phone or answer emails. I missed christmas with my family and because there are so few opportunities to be tested anywhere else, it looks like ill miss new years as well. I dont blame them for being overwhelmed, but if you need results i'd go to an urgent care instead.UPDATE: Still no results, cannot get anyone by phone or email. Voicemail box is full, and no one answers the phone on the billing or the customer service line. I don't even know why I'm still waiting, even if I had it, I wouldn't be contagious anymore by this point.

Can’t get thru to anyone either by phone or email…it’s been over a week since I had my drive-thru test done at Midland Ave in Garfield & still haven’t received my results, like what’s happening? What’s going on?? Some of these results are very much needed for proof & confirmation but I’ve got nothing!! Ugh!!

Worst service ever, I went to get COVID tested not once about 3 times within 8 days and have no received any test results, i preregister at least 6 times to make sure I entered correct email and phone number but still waiting. I tried to call and emailed them so many attempts but no answer. Do not recommend!

Complete and utter ineptitude. Very frustrating, never sent the results. It’s been SEVEN full days. They said 24-48 hours. My wife and i have been trying to contact them and we’ve checked our email a thousand times. Horrendous. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I understand that everywhere is short staffed and backed up but why do COVID testing if you cannot produce results in a timely fashion? Nobody answers phones or emails. Big waste of time.
