The field operation manager, Ajith, was the most helpful, humble and understanding person I’ve ever met. He has been in this field of work for almost as long as I have been alive :-). The team was fast, efficient and knowledgeable. The packers (Agostino, Alberto and Ricardo) are absolutely amazing, punctual, hardworking and even comical. You should see them in action! They walked me through the process and answered all of my questions, which I repeated again and again due to a lot of stress. Best of all is that there are no hidden fees!
