If I could rate the service in the Valley bank Moonachie Branch lower than zero I would! What makes it worse is the Bogota and Ft. Lee branches are wonderful. Do yourself a favor and avoid this branch.

I’m at the door at 9:10 and nobody is even hear the door says 9 o’clock if you look at my phone at 9:10 that’s terrible they don’t open on time

YOU WILL NEVER FIND A BETTER BANK. The Teller AARTI WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She handle's everything's with care. She treated me like a human being and is he reason I'm opening an account here instead of TD MATILDA and Lorrie are also excellent. Go there even if it's out of your way. I drive an extra 10 minutes to come here because of the service. Thanks AARTI SEE YOU AGAIN

Don't go here. Seriously I little by little moved all my money over to chase because they started charging me a $5.00 service fee every time I punched my pin in at the grocery store VALLEY NATIONAL IS THE WORST BANK EVER !

I am writing this to warn people who do not have any banking experience and participate in services offered by this branch that the people who work here are THE MOST INCOMPETENT , AND UNPROFESSIONAL that I have ever encountered in my entire life. I ordered foreign currency in the Wood-Ridge branch of VNB because it is closest to my house a few days ago. Today, I received a phone call that told me that the money is IN THE NUTLEY BRANCH of VNB, which is absurdly far away from my home!!!! I was extremely disappointed and frustrated that I had to waste an hour of my time to get the money. That's not the worst of it - after a call with the manager, I learned that could have been very easily avoided by simple communication within the branch, which was even more upsetting. LITTLE TO NO APOLOGIES FOR THIS CRAZY MESS, and no effort WHATSOEVER to resolve the problem with as little inconvenience as possible for the client. If you plan to deal with this branch, I'd advise you to be heavily aware of the incompetence that you will be dealing with.
