“You are charging me a rental fee even thought I have an agreement (signed contract) stating if I order a 400 gallons or more the rental is waived. Also why is there no one local to talk to? Not a happy customer....
Edit March 13th...After sending an email to their response team they investigated my concern and have since waived my rental fee which was part of my contract. Hopefully this isn't a yearly occurrence. As of now I am satisfied with the results.”
