“Gabby in the office at the Tuckahoe facility was fantastic. I’ve never rented a storage unit before so I had a lot of questions which Gabby cheerfully answered with all the details I needed. We looked at Storage Wars first and then went to several other places before we decided on Storage Ward. The location is farther from my residence than other facilities but the price and attention to detail and the ease of the whole transaction made Storage Ward the right choice for me. My only issue was the phone answering system would be better if it let you know whether the office was opened or closed when leaving a message so you’d know if someone was going to get your message that day or not.”
