They use bait and switch tactics at this store.. They promise something else and provide something else…
They promised a different offer and provided a different offer…I ordered a white iPhone and received a black one…
I went to the store atleast 10 times to setup one family line..
Mina the store manager is the absolute worst…. I have been a ATT customer for 13 years and Mina’s customer service is deplorable and I have been thinking of switching…

Update: I came back to At&T store and saw the Main Manager name Mina Morgan. Very helpful took care of all the phone issue. If you guys have any issue I suggest you go see him. Thank you Mina.

Mina, the store manager, told me he would "Personally' correct my billing issue that his team created. He even gave me his "Personal" number. 5 months later he hasnt done it yet and wont return my phone calls. I have been charged $50 a month since February for a line i dont even have a phone attached to. .... I took advantage of the S24 Pre purchase and asked for numbers to be ported in from TMobile. My wifes ported fine but mine did not. Mina "Fixed" it by adding a new line and porting. Now Att says I cant cancel for 90 days or the promotion will be voided. Called in at 90days, 120days, etc.. and Im told the same thing. Shame on you Mina. You really had me believing you were an honest family man. You will reap what you sew. Better business bureau will help me resolve.
EDIT: Mina called me within 5 minutes of me posting the review. Said he would process 5 seperate credits to me. I only received 4. Again, wont return text, phone calls. Something is seriously wrong with the customer service at this location. I have been with AT&T for decades and because of this experience would leave if i wasnt tied down to these promotions. Horrible!!
