I'm a newbie who arrived a few weeks ago as a Permanent Resident to USA. The lady by the entrance was patronizing, rude and unfriendly and refused to open a bank account despite me producing my Social Security no : , Visa , Passport and letter confirming my address issued by Social Security Office. Her reason for refusal to open a bank account - she needs more documents to prove my identity ! I told her I can provide Birth Certificate, Visa , Master cards from my other banks , as most banks accept this as ID - she still refused . I was lost - I then went to Wells Fargo and they promptly opened an account for me and the service I experienced here was far more better than this place! I've met Michelle from this branch and she was wonderful but unfortunately she was unavailable when I visited and I had a terrible experience.

Great. Came in to exchange some currency. Couldn't be helped because I don't have the right account type with BOA, but the teller was extremely helpful and gave me several very useful, awesome tips about exchanging currency. ? Didn't catch a name, but she was seriously awesome. Visit dated 9/26 around 4PM.

I did wire it was supposed to show in 1 hr.While, Oak tree location transfer shows in 30 min always.I tried this location first time.

Terrible service. They need to hire more competent staffs. It feels as if all the employees are still staff in training.

Slow service. You're just another number. Went on a Tuesday. They didn't have many customers. One of the bank reps was clearly free walking around but I was made to wait by the front greeter and a 2nd greeter by the podium. The bank tellers were free w/ only one customer. Roberto Vargas clearly wasn't doing anything but still made me wait 5 mins before he finally went back to ask me to come into his office. He tried to sell me on other products. (This is why Bofa wanted me to come in when what I needed to do could easily be done on the phone at other banks.)He sold me on a credit card which I agreed to but he wasn't sure on the specifics such as which credit union it pulls from, etc etc. He wasn't too enthusiastic either not that banking is exciting. I left and found out that my credit unions were locked and they had already done a pull on my acct. I called the bank numerous times to relay to them to redo the credit pull. I even called the teller's direct line but they weren't answering. I finally got someone but she said Roberto was already out to lunch - at 11:15am? The place isn't busy - I don't see why I have to continually call just to get a live person.

Doesn't seem good customer service. I stood in line for approx 5 mins , though no one in front of me and cashier was there he didn't called me and busy doing his own work . Atlast I left the line and went outside ATM and tried to handle my work from there. They should work on customer service.

Went in to deposit money for my taxes to be paid. The lady walked me to the atm instead of letting me go to the counter. I SPECIFICALLY ASK!!! “if I deposit this certified check in here will it be available for my taxes to clear or should I go get CASH?? “Her answer “YES”… I said “the $13000 came out this morning and I need it to clear so I don’t get any fees are you sure ?????” Because the IRS fees aren’t normal fees”her answer”YES you’re good” sure enough my account bounced the payment and I had to pay an additional $500 to them !!! THANK YOU BANK OF AMERICA YOU SHOULD PAY MY LATE FEE AND DEFINITELY TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES YOUR POLICY AND PROCEDURES!! Especially if you want them to stand at the door and steer people away from the counter!!!!

One of the worst bank stuff around here ,I went for wire transfer it from my business account and they not able to do it she said I have you to take appointment ,I’m doing business with them almost 20 years and they talk like that don’t know what’s going on with Bank of America

The worst manager of the bank in this location, two times she reject my check to be cashed in that location, that old lady told me the check has a problem, but I took the same check to the other location they processed with respect, she is not nice and professional.2nd time: I just applied for.my Real ID and DMV give me the proof to show it where it's needed I show her my old ID and that proof she said I can't accept it, she is above the LAW. BOA need to put Profesional management here and remove that turreble service.

Horrible customer service!!! Why does BOA allow this branch to continue to offer such bad service? Don’t they read the reviews???
