Hello. Just wanted to give you all an honest review of the Woodbridge Ford Dealership in our area. So I tried to buy a car from them and for that I put a little money down to hold/ secure the car. It was supposed to come from other dealership from farther away. Monday i gave the money and was confirmed by the sales person that it will be here Tuesday and they will call me. Tuesday no call. So at the end of day i called but no car. Wednesday I called and they said it’s not here and they will call Thursday as it would be here. Again in Thursday no one called and No car. Basically for the entire week No one calls from the dealership and I had to follow up (because I paid the money). It’s so bad that No one from them would even call and give you an update. Finally I had to cancel the deal as they just kept giving empty promises and no work done. Also when i went personally to get the money back, they would not show any apologies just empty words “we are sorry” but you can literally see no one meant that.So, in short, think not just twice but more before you decide to visit Woodbridge Ford. My recommendation from this, pick another dealer. There are lots more.Thank you.

If I could give 0 I would. They completely lied twice about performing services they did not perform but charged me for. They claimed to replace my brakes and rotors in the rear and charged me for it. Its clearly listed on the receipt. I've driven my car 5 times since and my back brakes and rotors are grinding. I went there for a battery check years prior which they charged me for but never checked the battery like they said they did. My car stalled in their parking lot after they said my battery was good and even gave me a piece of paper showing all results were in green which meant they were 100% good. It was a lie because the next day I had to buy a battery from Autozone. Autozone helped not Ford in Colonia. Do not trust John. He is a snake and a liar. I now have to go and get my brakes and rotors done again and thinking about calling a lawyer after all of this. This isn't even half of the story. My other review told more. I'm just totally disgusted with Ford in Colonia. Do not fall for the smile , they just want to get your money not actually fix your car. Very sad

Would have given ZERO star if I could.I don't normally write a review. But had unpleasant experience TWICE at this place. Henceforth, had to take time to prevent this from happening to anyone else. We like a car and were given an appointment for it. Got reminder for it as well. Me and my boyfriend took half day off and drove round trip of almost 2 hours and 17 minutes just to hear them apologize for that car being already sold. Now my problem isn't the car was sold. But if you have a big dealership and sufficient staff, the least professional one can be is to NOTIFY the customer before hand about the situation. About the car being sold so we can save ourselves the unnecessary trip. Lesson learnt the 2nd time to not visit this place again, since they are incapable of being professional enough.

The worst service of my life thinking that it was in the hands of professionals and don't look how disgusting they damaged my drawer and worst of all the carpet and with crazy glue something that I really don't recommend it is real garbage

This dealership is probably the worst ford dealership I have ever been to. The website says one price and we get out there and in person it’s another price. They still think is covit price gauging time!! $4,000 prepping fee??? Never heard of such a thing. unreal!!!Take my word for it stay away from this placeWay to go Yenifer definitely not recommending you!!!

Worst experience ever. No communication. Went to buy the car and asked for negotiation they didn’t want to which is fine but when we said we are ready with cash and said will go and get papers never returned made us to wait for 2 hrs while working with someone else on the same car and when repeatedly asking if the car is available they said I don’t know. It’s just a unprofessional tricks when I was there to pay full price they advertised and they look out for more.

Bought a brand-new 2007 Mustang GT there in 2007. The salesman:1. was late to the closing2. didn't put the all-season tires as we agreed3. entered the old address from my drivers license, as opposed to what was on the application; as a result the license plates got delivered to my old address4. misspelled the VIN number when registering my carNumerous issues with warranty repairs, that I won't bother to list here. They do have a car wash though, which is good!

I recently purchased Lincoln Aviator and had a problem with second row lock, called others could not get appointment,till November called Woodbridge Ford and Deanna in service should receive 10 stars, got me in within a week and had my car back and corrected within 3 hours. I would want everyone to have such a great experience. It's nice when you find someone who understands your concerns and truly tries their best, and thats the service I received at Woodbridge Ford service from macanic to fantastic customer service Deanna. Thank you ?

Worst dealership ever for servicing car I think my car got worse once they saw it! They been so call “fixing” a problem in my car for a whole year now and nothing is fix they never have loaners and for some reason a manager is never available when needed and they just don’t know what they are doing when I tell them my concerns they don’t bother to even listen and I would drive my car 80 in the highway and out the blue it would drop to 40 and I voice my concern to them especially with an infant in the car and they just don’t care at all they “fix” it and give it back and within the hour the problem is back. They charge crazy amount of money to fix a problem they’re not fixing

WORST service department ever!!!! Cant send a printed quote with labor cost vs part cost. Hand written quote that just listed parts of the job to be done and over all cost. Refused to keep and provide replaced parts even though its the law. RUDE!!!!!! will never go here again for anything!

My experience with Fords service department was horrible. Very unprofessional unfriendly customer service. My experience was so terrible I paid to have my car towed from their lot to another shop. Would not recommend!! If I could give negative stars I would.

The dealers did not sell me the car I wanted I knew the car that I wanted. They sales persons at this dealership are deceitful, liars, and do not disclose the full truth during negations. They are unwilling to financially compensate for regular parts that come with cars for example 2 keys for the care where they did not disclose there was only 1 key when asked they said they “have to check and make sure.” That being said there is poor communication between the sales person-ale and financial person-ale where I have been trying to get temporary license plates for almost two weeks now and they never give me the correct time that the person in charge of the distribution the plates is present at work. Some of the flaws of communication being that the person who distributes the plates is not in on weekends when I received my first set of temporary plate after purchasing my car on a Saturday. That being said I love the car and am happy with my choice in vehicle that the salesman had nothing to do with. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I don't normally write reviews, however buying be aware about this dealership. We decided as a family to get a new car since our was getting older and was already payoff. We looked on the ford website to find the truck that we decided as a family. We requested for us to be call about the particular truck that we were looking for. A lady by of the Name Teresa reach out to me and I told her about us wanting to buy the truck. She asked if us if we could come in today and I replied yes. Myself and my wife took half day off from work to go buy the truck. Keep in mind that we live over an hour away from the dealership and when we got there one of the sales rep advised us that the truck was just recently sold and by the look on his face it was probably him that sold it. It's not that truck was sold was our issue, it's that nobody bother to call us so we did not have to drive over three hours round trip that was the issue. The sales rep even tried to sale us some different and check to see if anything us was coming. We done extensive research on truck decision and we not drive three hours for a bite and switch sales tactics. Not a good way to treat future potential future customer. Ford needs to sell cars directedly to their customer and not use dealership like this. I will make sure that I tell everyone about my experience with dealership in order to have them avoid a place like this. I don't like to shop online however places like this don't make easy on the consumer not too..

This place is the worse dealership. John Lieber... I'm still waiting for him to call me back. It's been almost 4 weeks now. I told him my intercooler pipe was split and he said it had nothing to do with my engine light on. He claimed wire was loose by trailer hitch. I asked him how much to fix it and he said it was $357.00. I told him I had extended warranty and he told me it wasn't covered. I told him nevermind I would pick up my truck. Then he told me he could fix it for $260.00 so I said ok if that was the problem. He told me if didn't fix it he would charge me $200. for a diagnostic. Smh. I picked up my truck and the engine light came back on right after I left the dealership. Took my truck to another dealership. Turns out intercooler pipe was the problem just like I told John leiber and it was covered under the extended warranty. My engine light finally shut off. John leiber should be in back of the building picking stones outta the old tires. Don't trust this place, a bunch of scammers. He should be fired.
