If I can give no stars I will but unfortunatelyI never had an issue with any chase branch in my years being a client until the past few times in this location location I was awaiting to take cash out of my account three customers were ahead of me and did not want to be taken by this teller (NOT SURPRISED). I approached the teller CAROLINA she responded to me unprofessionally and with a rude attitude this is not the first incident. She treated me with disrespect and her tone and approach about my account was out of line especially when asking her a question her response was "You did not hear me the first time, I am telling you your options if you can't handle my tone then you should take your business somewhere else" When I asked her can I have all 100 bills she responded "I can not do so and need to take what I give you" (Meanwhile the other person before me got all 100 bills with a big amount not sure what the difference is) This issue needs to be resolved as you will lose clients with a disrespectful attitude as this teller needs to be addressed in this location and to be taught manners with other people. If you can not work in customer service then this JOB is basically not for her. NEVER IN MY EXPEREINCE IN CHASE HAVE I GONE THROUGH THIS! BEWARE of this LOCATION as you have been WARNED!

Had the pleasure of meeting Hetal Desai at the Chase bank in Avenel. SheWas wonderful, helpful, kind and did her job well. She was quick and outstanding in all areas that were needed! So very glad we ended up with her to help us. Thanks you so much . If you need a private client banker I highly recommend her….she’s fantastic and represents Chase bank well!

I went when the branch was totally empty today on 04/01/2023 Saturday . We were looking to update the legal name chance on my wife and bring a few accounts from Morgan Stanley. The private banker had no intention on helping us , not only he mentioned about the appointment but even if I waited until he finished with one person that he had that I still might not even be serviced . I worked in banking for years and there was no customer service oriented at this place . We went to the teller and we were told that there are no appointments until April 11th . We understand if people with appointments go before us, what I don’t understand is even if you wait for two hours that you can get service , what if I had fraud on my account, or needed to open an account with a large balance. Both of employees showed no empathy or were at least nice . As of today my wife transferred most of her funds back to Morgan Stanley.

Horrible customer service. Caroline was so rude. She basically yelled at me. Very unprofessional they forget that their jobs depends on their customers. I will never come back yo this bank. They need better and trained employees.

I must apologize to the poor banker that I inconvenienced, he had to take a break from scrolling Instagram to tell me that I needed an appointment to open a second account and that, despite the bank being completely empty, there were no appointments available for a week. I realize that I was wrong to expect him to even attempt get off his phone and spend 20 minutes doing his job and for that I am sincerely sorry. We went to PNC and they took us immediately.

Branch manager is inexperienced. You are only wasting your time if you come here. I went to this branch to fix an issue with a business account and the relationship banker, nor the manager did not know how to fix the problem. It was as simple as scanning documents into the system. Had to go to a different branch to do it for me.

Corporate office giving wrong information to Branch employees! 10 hours so far to transfer mom's account into estate account. If I could I would never came back! Just described
