Went to rent a vehicle at this location. They are horrible.
Customer service is not an important aspect of their business. They gave me a high rate for a compact car and didn't want to negotiate. I have been to another location, and they are the worst.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Enterprise location while trying to rent a car with my son. The employee named AJ was extremely unprofessional. He spoke to us in a loud and disrespectful manner and used unnecessary hand gestures that made the interaction feel hostile.
We were only shown two cars and given no proper explanation or options. Anytime we asked a question, AJ seemed annoyed and didn’t take the time to assist us. When we tried to make a reservation, he flat-out refused without offering any reason.
I left the location feeling upset and disrespected. It’s disappointing to be treated like this, especially when you’re just trying to rent a car. I would not recommend this location to anyone, and I hope Enterprise takes a closer look at how customers are being treated.

1)I didn’t receive any call on the day of rental to confirm or discuss about the rental 2) I did a research before booking. Enterprise’s website indicated that for rental vehicle traveling to Canada , premium SUV is excluded. So I booked full size SUV because it shows it was allowed and ok for traveling to Canada. when I arrived to pick up the vehicle. Employee told me that even full sized SUV was also excluded which I think was a made up excuse probably because he had no full size suv available at that time. It was already late and other rentals were already closed so I had to go with van as the only option left 3) vehicle I received was extremely dirty inside and outside both. It had bugs on front windshield and all over the vehicle. Vehicle was not washed or prepped. Interior was also not proper cleaned or vacuumed when I received the vehicle.

I’ve been renting from this colonia location weekly for over a year now and it’s exceptional! The staff is phenomenal and always willing to help and provide the best customer experience. Safety is their top priority and their selection of vehicles is consistently upgraded. They truly value their customers!

First: A+++ to Declan who works there. Came and picked us up at our hotel, straight to a small and local enterprise. Loved it. Checked in, gave us a slightly bigger car (that we needed for alllll lit luggage) and got us on the road quick. What a gem of a local Enterprise. Thanks guys!

Waited for so long on initial renting a vehicles , gave us like a vehicle just had a big accident with all this scraped on the body and metal part of the wheel, bubble appeared on that tired after a week and a half renting it and flat tire on my daughters parking lot job, had to get another rental car which is all dirty and one of the window is broken can’t closed it. Never had this problem before on our past experienced in renting a vehicle on this company.
