No one greeted me when I walked in. The lady was on a personal call on speaker as she made me wait until she was done. Just to tell me they wouldn’t be able to see me bc they have a 315 appointment & they close at 4.

Horrible customer service. The cashier is effortless. Went to pay my credit card and the receipt machine was not working. I asked what was my prove that I made that payment. The guy had to restart the system and the other person working was in the phone all the time.

Worst service..
Especially Landy and another women who is always welcoming people. Zero customer service.
Banking is nessasasry.
But not citizen.please stay away from this location.they will treat you like you are in the white house
