I got the bait and switch treatment Monday. I bought an ASUS Laptop at a great price; not in stock at this store so to be delivered from another. Woke up Tuesday to a cancelled order, no reason. After being on hold for 30 minutes, asked for a manager, explained why, and was promised a call back within 2 hours. That id NOT happen. OH and I can buy it for $350 more despite my payment at the lower price, not happening Best Buy! I reported them to the Attorney General and you should know as well.

This is consistently the WORST Best Buy in New Jersey and the surrounding tri-state.I regularly go to most Best Buy's in the area including East Brunswick, this terrible Woodbridge location, Princeton and the likes. Even the Best Buy in Union is better than here.I want to say the customer service is bad but that is an UNDERSTATEMENT. There is literally no customer service.If you attempt to browse a PC at this location it will take hours before you are actually helped and they will complain they are working on a back log to pick PCs if it is actually already ordered for Store Pickup.I do not understand how this location still exists. I fully expect this location to be shuttered in the next year or two like the Best Buy that used to be in South Brunswick.I would tell you to even go as far as Princeton to avoid this store like the plague. I can only imagine the management running this location.

I went in earlier in the week to look at laptops and actually had a BB salesperson help me (usually look around the store for 10 minutes before I can find anyone to assist). He was knowledgeable and nice, but busy. I decided not to buy at the time and ordered it at the end of the week online for product pickup on Friday, 9/15 and received an email within an hour that it was ready. I was impressed and then, of course, when I went to pick it up, well, once again, customer service falls flat. Waiting in the product pickup line, 1 customer service person assisting someone in the regular checkup line and 2 BB workers talking behind her the whole time I was waiting. The BB customer service person then starts with someone else as I've been standing there before the new customer came in, sees my face, then turns around to say something to the 2 other BB people and then the young woman walks over to me and says, "Do you have a product to pickup?" I was like, "Well, isn't that what this line is for?" SMH. I really want to like BB, but I just can't because this happens most times I've been in this store. Very sad.

Horrible store do not come. No one wants to work. No one wants to help you. You get to scan a QR code and get in line just to receive help or ask a question. When you see someone that works there, they walk away from you. I will never shop here again. .

I purchased Viking appliances from Best Buy, at first everything went super smooth and easy. Ounce the appliances arrived to schedule delivery and installed was a disaster. Best Buy had a third party do the delivery and installed not only did they damage my cabinets they also damaged my walls and tiles. The general manager nick said he would fix and take care everything. Was the apposite appliances where not replaced refrigerator doesn't work properly and wasn't installed properly. Not a very well experience.

Purchased a refrigerator online. They sent multiple texts about preparing my area. Then the call less then 24 hrs before delivery and said it would be delayed 4 days. So I had prepped my area and have no refrigerator in my house now and none coming today. Then I get a call today from one of their service people asking what he's doing. I said Im getting a refrigerator delivered Thursday. He said I don't have a refrigerator. I said maybe you should call them and see what your doing. I canceled my order after this call. Unreliable and nasty service person was too much for me. Got it from GE for $50 less. Thanks for nothing guys

Steve in the computer section did a phenomenal job. He listened to what we needed and went through a few different options. Polite, kind, knowledgeable and gave 130%. I would come back to this store in the future.

Let me tell you the electronic department is ok never had any issues with them but the appliance department is a whole other case. I have never been so frustrated by the lack of knowledge in any department in any store. These people can't even answer basic questions about the appliances they are selling. Today I had ONE question I needed answered before I bought a dryer. I needed to know about the kit we would be purchasing and I was transferred four times and disconnected twice. Wasted over 45 minutes between getting trf. Hold time and being disconnected and no one answered my question. Extremely frustrating and I think this is just not the place to buy appliance that need installations. I was trying to avoid the issue I had with the last dryers I bought from them a few years ago and they where not able to install but seriously these people have no clue and no real training. Wish I could give them zero stars.

Have been shopping in Woodbridge Best Buy for almost 10 years now ... still a loyal customer. Of BB. With Amazon disrupting all other stores, I'm happy that BB is still growing and it's awesome to see loyal customers of BB :) Got a laptop today and the service was awesome ! Was quick checkout and tech guys were able to answer all questions ... billing was quick too. Lots of parking outside . Very few times I have had issues returning stuff at Best Buy and they also charge restocking fee . That's the only issue with not buying bigger items in BB. If not for the returns love this shop ..

Fantastic experience with the Woodbridge Best Buy mobile installation crew. From the moment José called me to confirm my appointment and patiently walk me through what the process would be, to me having to reschedule after I arrived due to my car needing something fixed prior to the install. Nicholas explained to me What I needed to get done and gave me his card to reschedule when I was ready. I came back two days later and these guys installed a remote start for me. Works great and they did a very neat job. I'd definitely recommend these guys. Great customer service. Thank you!

So I went into this Best Buy location as a regular consumer to purchase a much needed refrigerator & wall oven I didn't haggle although the prices seemed rigged & severely overpriced. Jay a was super professional & came out to do measurements & upon walking up to my front screen door it completely collapsed. Weird as it had no prior issues & worked fine. I know it wasn't his fault nor a coincidence as I had been having issues with jealous neighbors watching me do renovations. Jay took his time & explained everything about the process of installation in great detail. Unfortunately the day of delivery the third party vendor took a picture of my home not realizing that I opened the door to catch them leaving. I politely canceled the order with American Express immediately. Few days later purchased a router/WiFi extender with Jaylen & made a handsome donation to kids in Technology.

Today I went yo best but to place a complaint about that the phone that I purchased has screen protector broken, they look at it and told me that my phone does not have an screen protector, I did shoed my receipt where a screen protector was charged but they did not installed on my phone, they said there is nothing the can do about it even that the girl that sold it told me that the screen protector was warranted for life and this people want to charge me 20% for a new one, what a bunch of thief's this people are, now I have a broken phone that is going to cost me more money to repair it.

This is my 2nd time at this store within the last 3 weeks. What happened to good old fashion customer service? No one offers to help, you are on your own. At least the last time they were somewhat busy, but this time all of the sales associates were congregated at the desk. No one was walking the floor to offer help, so who am I to interrupt, so I'll just go elsewhere or maybe order online (I really doubt that), customer service is my thing, I shouldn't have to beg you to take my Money; this isn't the Luxury Car dealership

Easy in and Easy out... Tried to get delivery, but they don't do that for my area. This was the closest Best Buy that was available to my home. Ordered a big screen LG TV for our living room. This couldn't have been a more seamless transaction. From placing my order ( good bargains on certain brands), to assisting me put it in my car. It just fit:) I find that their prices are more reasonable than either Walmart & or PC Richard. Excellent customer service, both over the phone & in store.

Coming in for a pick up and its understandable to wait a while or the process is a bit long but when u are being helped and we cannot get the product we ordered is very disappointing. The customer service person had the product and looked like he could not scan the bar code. He asked us to stop aside and now we are standing here and no other information. No explanation of what is going.
