I called to make appointment with a specific nail tech , and when I came in they told me to try someone new, I was basically put in a situation where I had to say yes , the girl
Was new and spent
3 hours on my nails and they charged me 100$ for a 65$ service (I always get the same thing done every 3 weeks) . Over pricing and they are new and learning . Nails came out alright but I’m more upset about the BS TACTIC used against me .

Nail Spa Pro in Colonia is an outstanding nail salon, and Lee himself is truly the best nail technician I've ever experienced. He does my nails with incredible attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect is perfect. His work is not only beautiful but also done quickly without sacrificing quality. I went here because another place didn't have the time I needed. Called the shop a few days before and they fit me right in, in the time I needed. Went a few minutes early and Rosa took me then. Great place.

Very bad service they don’t know how to do power dip, when I was told they did the guy that did my nails did a very poor job he broke 3 of my nails, I do not recommend this nail salon, very upsetting.

The quality and expertise of Maria and Erin goes unsurpassed! Their work on gel manicures is done so well that they may not see their customers as much because gel manicures can go way beyond three weeks. :) I’ve tried many other nail salons and now only come here for the healthiest strongest nails.

The greeter seemed to be annoyed when I was a walkin. Then more annoyed when I said the water was too hot and asked for a spa pedi. She tried to get the mask out of the package but it wouldn't come out... she couldn't massage it out of the package either. I questioned if it was old product and she claimed it was brand new but too cold and too thick. Guess they don't store product well.I ended up leaving and going across the street for a much more pleasurable experience.Service: Pedicure
