WE have been in this area and shopping at Oak Tree road for 25 years and have tried every grocery store here. This is the best in freshness, pricing, cleanliness, parking and speed of check out. Once we started going here we have not gone much to other places

Mangos are expensive they go bad if you wait for them to ripe for pulp.I bought mangos last week paying premium money and fod most of them went bad. The store is overrated. May be other it's time to explore other stores.

My Go to store for Indian produce, vegetables are fresh, Wide variety to choose from ( as much as you can expect in the US), their frozen section is well stocked.Never seen a product past its expiration date- which is a case in a lot of other Indian grocery outlets.

I buy kesar mangoes from this store every summer. This summer, they have been cheating and fooling customers. I bought 2 boxes last week, and there were a few Mexican mangoes wrapped in the box. Also, there was less count per box. Upon asking the rep, she said it goes by weight and there was no weighing scale to justify. She then mentioned I would add a mango in your box. This is not a joke. You guys charge a hefty amount and deliver the worst quality, plus you cheat. That's a shame!!!!!!! I don't think you deserve any star for the low values you bring.

This place has good Indian grocery and a decent selection of Indian vegetables, methi, bitter gourd, okra, long beans, fresh cilandro, all sorts of Indian pickles, Indian snacks, etc.We love the big juicy jackfruit, and it was in season; the staff took me inside, I pointed to a ripe one, and they cut it open for us to pick a piece that I liked! Friendly workers, mostly South Americans, they can't understand the Indian frenzy for this stuff, but 'whatever makes you happy' seemed to be their easygoing attitude.Inside the store, you don't get the freedom of movement as in regular supermarkets, aisles are narrower here with lots of traffic, everyone piling on top of everyone else, the Indian way, with no consideration for the next person. Me too, went that way sometimes, I was forced to, when among such a crowd!Prices used to be good here, but using the pandemic as an excuse, like everywhere else, the prices have gone up here too. We come here for the 'Indian feeling' ...

My go to place for buying Indian groceries on oak tree road. There are many places to choose from on this one road but this one is how I like to call it the "mother ship". Fresh Produce - Check, Plentiful Parking - Check, Milk, Snacks and ready made stuff to eat - check. The lighting is also really bright inside. Have been coming here for more than 5 years and am yet to find a better one.

They have a variety of good things and I can see why it's so busy. The only reason for this one star was because the service on ALL levels was simply atrocious. I asked a worker for the location of a vegetable and he pointed me to another person. That person seemed totally disinterested and immediately said we don't have it. Another customer overhead me and actually pointed me in the right direction. The lady at the register didn't even say hi and just kept on throwing the items after scanning. I was like what is going on here? Everybody seemed miserable. Maybe it was the wrong day to shop there but they can do better

Patel Brothers is a great place to go for all your Indian spice and whole food needs. The pricing is average compared to other Indian grocers, and the cleanliness is normal. The checkout process might take some time, especially during peak hours, but the staff is friendly and helpful. The space is not particularly big, but it is well-organized and you can find everything you need. Overall, I highly recommend Patel Brothers for its great selection of Indian spices and whole foods.
