In all the years I've been dealing with PNC,I just can't keep getting new debit cards because of fraudulent charges.
To say I've had to get 4 new debit cards is not an exaggeration. Time to change banks.

Don’t come here if you want a debit card attached to your spending account. They will attach it to a reserve account instead and make it incredibly difficult to fix, if they ever get around to fixing it

It is amazing that the teller wanted to know where my money came from and I mentioned that it came from the state, not drug money which it shows in their system. I teller had the audacity to call the state and they ask her why she called so she looked stupid, I am in the process of moving my money to another bank. A horrible customer service. This branch should be closed.

Always friendly here. I always go on off hours and off days. I have never had a problem. I guess most people complain about waiting are those who go on Thursday or Friday when everyone is cashing their paycheck.

The last 2 times I've used this bank, it's taken over an hour to meet with someone, and three hours in the office without any solutions offered.Both times the tellers said I had to meet with the banker, and both visits the banker just called the online banking number, which I had already done. The staff could not offer any support for my account issues or the mobile app issues. They claimed the account issue I had was with with my other banking institution, but when I visited their office it only took 15 minutes to find out it was an issue with PNC Bank.I've decided to move banks to another institution because of the lack of support at my local branch.

This place is horrible pnc bank is horrible they charged me a 36 overdraft fee when I had a free overdraft till December 20th so they shouldn't have charged me never was on my online bank and I looked and never said I was over draft never even showed me the overdraft fee I called somebody who's supposed to call me nobody still hasn't called me and it's been 4 days this is ridiculous I'm about to switch banks PNC is not to be trusted. The lady I spoke with was so rude didn't help me at all I am switching to another bank. PNC BANK STINKS!!!!

The customer service at this branch is excellent. Sahil and staff helped with an issue and made it easy for me.I stopped banking with PNC over a year ago but would bank with this branch because of Sahils customer service
