Found Road Runners online when looking for a place that could do all the upgrades I had in mind with my 2024 F150. First time I stepped foot into the shop I was immediately greeted and made to feel like I was a family member stopping by to say hi - Nick, who initially helped me out with my list of things to do, was great and showed me some of the bed cover samples they had to give me a better idea of what I wanted. When I met Rob shortly afterwards I couldn’t help but feel like we had known each other for 20 years, just the kind of guy he is, so friendly and helpful, he really helped me to fully understand all of my upgrades and talked through the technical aspects behind everything. Rob kept me abreast of everything going on leading up to my appointment and then throughout the time they worked on my truck. When I went to pick it up, I was truly blown away! Everything they did was perfect, and it turned out exactly as Rob had indicated. I was beyond ecstatic, really could not have been more pleased with how everything turned out. Rob and his team at Road Runners are true professionals who not only have the technical expertise but also have the visionary ability to see the transformations their customer’s are expecting - this is complete talent, which is hard to find. I highly recommend Road Runners for any of your vehicle needs - don’t hesitate to pay them a visit, you will not be disappointed. So I really didn’t get any work done here but had to give a shout out to the owner Rob! I went to a couple franchise shops and they both told me I needed to replace my upper control arms on my 2019 4Runner which I was ready to do but was a bit hesitant because I had replaced them maybe 30-40k miles ago. I came across Roadrunner on google, went in Rob the owner said let me take a look it’s odd they would go out, turns out they just needed to be lubed up and that was it!! He didn’t charge me a penny! There are good people out there and Rob proved coming from Cali so glad I found a good 4x4 shop for my future needs!! Thank you Rob

Rob and his crew did a great job on my 2011 GMC. They installed a BDS 6 inch lift kit with 35 inch tires. Truck looks awesome. The job was done on time, and drives great.

Rob and his staff are true experts, very professional, and accommodating! I came to Road Runners hoping to put a 2.5 lift on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler as well as 35’ tires \\u0026 18’ rims. The job was executed perfectly and I couldn’t be happier with the result! I would without a doubt recommend this place and will be coming back for more modifications in the near future. So happy to have found this shop.
