In addition to providing bad services, the Sansone Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Car Service staff treats its clients and veterans horribly. I'm a Purple Heart combat veteran, and this vehicle dealership gave me the worst customer service that I've ever gotten. When I scheduled a 10:30 AM appointment for a multipoint vehicle inspection two days after Veterans Day, Manny informed me that my car would be available in one to one and a half hours. My 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee was parked, and Manny was given the keys.I did not hear back from them until 2:30 PM and that's after I called. I voiced how that was unprofessional and unacceptable. When they returned my phone call and gave me the diagnostics, I explained what I needed to get done and asked if my car will be accessible before 6:00 PM which is when they are closed. The representative answered yes!I was later contacted and informed at 5:30 that there were no technicians available to service my vehicle and that I should pick it up from the sales department. I was infuriated and asked to speak to the supervisor to ask how can they accommodate. He was nice enough to waive the multi-point car inspection charge. When I went to pick up my car from sales, I discovered that the front and rear wipers were damaged. I left the car there to be examined after explaining to the salesperson how that was unacceptable because my windshield had never been broken.I spoke with the manager the morning after, from the service department, who informed me that my windshield wipers were previously broken and it's not their fault. I'm now left with bad customer service and broken windshield wipers as a result of Sansone Chrysler Jeep Ram Service Department.

Do not take your car here!Do not take your car here!!Do not take your car here!!!The 4 of 5 stars are misleading, and the service department, along with the service manager, all needs to be replaced. A 24 to 48-hour diagnostic, as per what you're told by them and by email, once you set up the appointment, will turn into an entire week and counting. The communication level you get from this authorized dealer of Jeep is the worst of any dealership. It's about money with the service department. They have your car sitting there by the day until they feel they have enough fees/diagnostic hours, then it is on to waiting on something else. It should not take a week to tell the owner of the vehicle what is wrong and how they are going by fixing the car. This review will be updated once I get my car because I'm still waiting on diagnostic, and it is now day 10, and I still have no answer. Their words are, "Once we find out, we will let you know." Unfreaking believable. I just want my car to be fixed, and I'm done with this dealer. Stay tuned for and update once I get word and my car back.

This place is a disaster. Communication amongst coworkers must be very poor. I have brought my wrangler here plenty of times and always had an issue bringing it here. I would bring it in for specific reasons ,I’ll come pick up the car and they only fixed one thing out of 3 that was wrong with the car. Also ordering parts is a disaster with them. They either forget gets lost in transit or someone just simply doesn’t even put the part orders in the system. Brought it in for visor and passenger seat bracket and only the visor was fixed . Was told the part never came in that they will contact me which they never did i had to go in person again to make sure the part was ordered This is a waste of time they dont follow up you constantly have to be calling wait time on the phone is ridiculous then sometimes theyll just hang up . Very poor customer service and will be that last time i do business with this auto mall

I purchased my Jeep Wrangler in 2015 from Sansone, and have been bringing it in for service since then. My last service appointment was on 09/20/23, and I dealt with a representative named Bernard (Buzz) at ext.1606. My appointment was for an oil change, but I was later told my front and rear brakes needed changing, and that my vehicle needed an alignment as well. I was also told the alignment couldn't be done same day because they needed to order some parts, and that it shouldn't take more than one day for the parts to come in. It's 11/04/23, and I'm still waiting to find out if all the parts have come in. The complaint I have isn't about the amount of time I've had to wait for the parts to come in, but the lack of communication from Bernard (Buzz). I've left voice mails at his extension asking him to give me an update on the situation, but he doesn't return my calls. I spoke to someone else yesterday, left a call back number, and still haven't heard back. I spent over $1,600 for my last service, and that's not even the problem. It's just the simple lack of communication to find out if a part came in for an alignment job to be finished. I'll never bring my vehicle back there for service after 8 years of being a loyal and understanding customer. All because no one can give me a simple call to give me an update on a part. Truly stunning.

Had an issue with the auto start/stop feature. The car would turn off when it came to a full stop, even when the auto start/stop feature is turned off. Took the car to the dealership to get check out. They said the aux battery, a sensor, and drive belt needs to be changed. They were charging >$400 to change the battery, the rest were under warranty.I opted to change the battery myself, which took 1/2 an hour , costed $130 for the battery. They said they couldn’t change the belt and sensor without the battery being changed first. I took the vehicle to change the battery, then made another appointment to get the belt and sensor changed. Upon receiving the vehicle, the error message is coming up again. Sansone is now saying they’ll have to do another diagnostic, which is $175.00, and pretty much forced to buy their battery if I want the issue fixed. You can’t use non-Jeep batteries apparently.

I bought my car and got delivery July 10th without seeing it. I was on a wait list. Thought they were amazing when I got the call to pick up my exact car that nobody else had in stock. About 2 months later I’m still waiting for a refund check that was told was going out the same day as well as the bag for my rear windows. The wrong one happen to come with the car. Once you buy the car the customer service is aweful. Sales person should watch the transaction beginning to end. You never know when I want my next car. Not happy with this dealer. From loving it to really being disappointed.

Run from this dealer never buy anything here and definitely do not let them convince you to buy that stupid wheel package. The service people are so lazy. They keep telling my dad they don’t want to replace his tire because it takes “four hours” for it to be approved, are you kidding me do your damn job and change the damn tire. They also gave him the wrong tire after making him wait all day there which they do on purpose to wear you out. I will be there with their next week and will be expecting to have the correct tire put on his truck because when they were selling him that stupid warranty package, they were all nice and smiles. Now when the warranty needs to be honored, they put a but in front of everything which is absolutely ridiculous. They need to do the right thing.

I thought that the dealership I previously went to was the worst, I was wrong, there is no one who beats Sansone Auto mall Jeep as the worst in customer service. It all started a month ago when the service shifter message came on in my Jeep Wrangler, I made my appointment with the Jeep service dept and took it in, after 3 days that they kept my vehicle they informed me that because the alert did not appear during this period, they could not determine what the problem was, that i have to drive a little more and that if the message appeared again, I would take a photo with my cell phone and bring it to them to verify what the problem was "seriously" There are no machines that when connected determine what the fault is, apparently here cell phone photos better determine the mechanical or electrical problems of the vehicles. But it doesn't end here,Two days later the message appeared again but this time I made sure to bring evidence to make it easier for them to identify the problem, I brought them a report that I obtained at a auto parts sale that they connected the computer to my Jeep without charge and determined that The module that controls the shifter system had to be changed. This time it only took a day, they supposedly reconfigured the computer and told me that would solve the problem."SURPRISE" message after two days accompanied with different alerts and the Service engine soon light, again return to the Dealer for another inspection and repair. Oh! Another thing, ask for a Courtesy vehicle is an insult to these people. I had a total of 10 days without a vehicle paying for Uber, I asked to speak with the Manager of Jeep service, it is a miracle to get Him and that he wants talk to you another, in the end he told me that he had around 350 customers, what did I think? that he would have vehicles for everyone, and that it was not his problem. After 7 days and me calling about 10 times during the day to check the status of the repair, they let me know that the jeep is ready. When I arrive and ask for proof of repair, they tell me that they cannot give it to me because the advisor The person responsible for my vehicle had left and did not finish the report, 3 days have passed and I still have not received the report.this people are negligence in customer service, lack of information to their customers, rude and abusive in the way they deal with customers, and a total lack of professionalism. One Star is to much!!!

I brought my car to get the ac fixed. it wasn't blowing cold air. it was still blowing. I take it to get fixed and it was near 700. it worked for 2 weeks and then had to go right back to get fixed. they now expect me to pay another 860. they are very unprofessional as I have been trying to get in contact with someone in management to talk about this issue. it has taken a week to hear back. so my car has just been sitting there while I waste even more funds on transportation to get around. they have given me no solution besides paying the money. which mean I wasted my previous 700. this place is really unprofessional and thieves as well.
