I learned a very viable lesson about dealerships. If you need a key made, that’s when you go to the dealership. other than that ,go to your own repair shop do not go to no dealership… don’t let them do a diagnostic check go to your own repair shop to do the diagnostic check they tried to charge me $600.. then tell me they can’t repair it I would never ever go to a dealership again..

Dropped off suv to repair back interior light, which had come off months after leasing vehicle. I figured I would just repair at next oilchange, but ended up getting oil change somewhere else. Also, the trunk latch broke and I could no longer open the door. At drop off, the associate told me that he was unsure if warranty would cover repair. He said he would call me with total before work is done. I told him worst case, I'll glue the light to the ceiling if it was too much to repair. It had been hanging for so long it didn't bother me. I received a call a while later where associate explained the work, and informed me the total was $480 plus tax. I repeated "so my total is $480" and he said "plus tax." When I received the call to pick up my car, he said the total was $750. I was shocked! He apologized and said it was his fault. And he should have explained the total better, and not separated the 2 different repairs. I feel like i was taken advantage of. I specifically asked, and repeated the total to the associate! And he said yes! $480 plus tax! When I asked how much will everything cost, the 2 repairs should have been added together. I am not happy with the way the situation was handled. I would not recommend Nissan service.

My car was over due for routine maintenance. After inspection they sent me what was needed by importance and allowed me to choose what I could do and work was done in a timely manner. Great job from the time I walked in to the time I left .

Paul was so wonderful to work with, making a tough process simple. He has a lot of patience and is professional and respectful. He helped me learn my car even contacting me and responding to my questions after I had a chance to drive and needed some help getting used to the new car. Nick in finance was also very helpful.
