definitely not. Buying my first car turned into a nightmare with this dealership after $6k of extended warranties were added to my financing without me being notified in advance. To make matters worse, even after numerous visits trying to cancel the guarantees, they did not do so. I would never recomende this place to anyone.

I am a first time car buyer & arrived there with my dad. Immediately upon interacting with Jonathan he has an attitude in his tone & does not create a comforting atmosphere at all. As we sit at the desk he asks my dad (not even me, even though i am the buyer) if we are looking to lease, finance, or pay cash & i say finance, he proceeds to say "Oh that's sad" like excuse me? His comment was completely unsolicited. As we continue the conversation he speaks only to my dad & does not address anything with me. As a woman, car buying is already intimidating enough & to add a snotty salesman into the equation just makes the process all the more difficult. Safe to say i'm never coming back.

UPDATEDI brought my car for a regular check-up & oil change, got it back with the windshield cracked in half. The Service Director there, Anthony Torsiello instead of admitting they cracked it tried to sell me the new one for $800. Even though I have a video from their own mechanic clearly showing the glass was in pristine condition before the service, Sansone didn't want to hear anything or even have a conversation.The next day, with the assistance from Dean Sansone himself we managed to resolve the issue. Although I had issues with the service itself, we managed to settle this peacefully, and I'm really grateful for that.

Had a great experience with Thomas Radwanski. He was patient and delegate and straight forward when I explain my situation. It took work but he was willing to give me his time and I really appreciate him for it. Everybody at this dealership was straight forward which in these times if it's not a straight sale most salesman will brush you off but they made it work! Thanks again and ask for Thomas if you want somebody who truly cares!

I didn’t give 5 stars for two reasons1. Took alil while before someone greeted me2. Not a fan of hearing/discussing money matters in earshot of ALL in the waiting areaOverall, the service was great and took the expected amount of time. Anthony was personable and polite and I’m always grateful for any and all complimentary service. I do suggest bringing your own snack & something to drink, they do have plenty of coffee though LOL…I’ll be here again!

If you bring your car into Sansone Mazda service, you really need to have your head examined. Go elsewhere.They used to have a really nice svc dept a few years ago. How far it has fallen, not sure it can go any lower.Brought my 2022 Miata to have have ground effects installed.Had an appointment 8am Monday, went to drop car off on Sunday night, gates are locked, cant get in.Take a day off from work, Friday, to bring it in.Again at 8am; arrived at 7:50 am.At 9:15 service adviser tells me they don't have the $14.99 tool to install the kit ( This is 1:15 minutes after they started, mind you nothing was done, all genuine Mazda parts I supplied were still wrapped )I have one, I said. So I had to drive home to get them a tool to install my parts. Are you friggin kidding me ? Another 40 min gone..Here it is 1:00 pm, my day off ruined because of an inept svc dept. and still don't have my car back yet.I installed the front and rear pieces in 2 hours. Here we are 5+ hours later, the 2 sides are still not done. This was a very easy job to accomplish. No troubleshooting involved, no replacement parts involved.Just installation of 2 side skirts, that is it.Trust me on this, go elsewhere.Save yourself the grief and aggravation.It is not worth it. You will thank me later.Final slap in the face:They did poor work and messed up my car.Before I left I showed Alan the service advisor and the mechanic.They threw their hands in the air and walked away.This is not over, by any means, nor stretch of the imagination. I am a Senior and Disabled Veteran.I have all the pictures I need.

Very disappointed. Visited this dealership a few years back to get my car, service was great. However, my most recent visit was one of the worst experiences. I went to see what possible trade-in options I had. I ended up waiting for almost 40 minutes for a staff member to take a look at my car. After the evaluation, I was treated very rudely. The staff acted careless and dismissive towards me. I strongly suggest to all reading this to choose a different dealer.

I had an opportunity to buy another car from Sansone Mazda. Upon arriving, we were personally greeted by the most amazing sales representative, Tom. Tom has been with the company for over ten years, and his veteran level experience shows. He took us out for a test ride in a CX-30, where he aptly and astutely pointed out various features of the vehicle. He taught us more in 10 minutes about the car than we ever knew. Then we sat down for negotiations on the purchase, after several back and forth trips, I had the pleasure to meet one of the most kind people, Anthony, the head of the sales team. He generously worked with me to deliver us a price we were both comfortable with. His presence was a joy and brightened up the rest of my day. I left with a pristine condition Mazda CX-30. I am extremely grateful that I had the opportunity to work with both Tom and Anthony! The sales team at Sansone Mazda is amazing and highly experienced. Everyone working there made me feel right at home. I highly recommend buying a car from Sansone, especially from their Mazda department.

Excellent customer service. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted as I entered the check-in area, the paperwork for my car was already prepared and just needed my signature. Their waiting room is spacious, clean and comfortable with complimentary coffee. I received several e-mails keeping me apprised of my car's progress as I waited. I was out in less than an hour. This service center respects their customers' time and makes certain to give their customers a reason to return. In future I will be traveling over the bridge to Sansone Mazda, as their superior customer service makes them worth the trip.

If you are interested in a Mazda, I would go here and ask for Tom Radwanski. Nice clean facility with a good number of cars, but Tom is the stand out. When I was looking at other dealerships, the bait and switch and aggressive sales people were expected, but I was surprised at the number of sales people who were bothered to answer questions or seemed uninterested in even selling a car. Tom, on the other hand, was extremely knowledgeable with an old school sales approach. He pitched the deals, but never pushed. The whole car buying process felt effortless. I can't speak about the other sales people at Sansone, but highly recommend asking if Tom is around.

the most drama free car dealer I've experienced in a long time the whole crew from the dealer to the manager and the financial guy all delivered I was on and out a few hours im used to 4 or 5 hours haggling over price these guys are awesome I would definitely recommend

DO NOT COME HERE. If you value your time this is NOT the place you should purchase your vehicle. My main complaint is that I purchased my car here, apart from over charging and adding a ridiculous amount of fees, their overall service is atrocious. I've called a total of 6 times to get a service advisor to give me a call back to 1. Check if they have the correct tires for my vehicle 2. Estimate of total cost. And to this day I am still waiting. It's upsetting that they will only resolve an issue when you escalate it to the highest level possible, and leave a review to draw their attention. Don't bother dealing with the individuals in this establishment, take your business elsewhere.
