Absolutely awful service. The copy/print center has apparently one staff member, Simran, who claimed she would need several hours to print out 50 sheets for me. I told her I needed it asap, and she charged me an additional $15 for a “rush order”. She then told me she had “other orders” to fill? And my order was printed and waiting for her. I believe customer service functions on a first come first serve basis. I stepped forward and told her I can see them, and need them now. Simran then gave me an attitude and I quote “I told you I needed half an hour I have other orders”. I told her to give them to me now, asked for her name, and told her what awful awful awful customer service this was. I work in Customer Service and am absolutely appalled. For any one reading this, please go on route 1 NORTH to the Staples in AVIATION PLAZA. I ordinarily go there, but needed these in a rush. The service there is SPECTACULAR, zero attitudes and oh they don’t over charge you for a standard job.

I order prints online and had issue with how thin the card stock was. The simple fix was just to print it on thicker paper. The problem wasn’t this the problem was the service we received from Karina not only was she aggressively rude she was so arrogant it was uncomfortable even the people around noticed how horrible she was. It literally felt unsafe. The manager Jared was able to help us but she did not stop trying to antagonize us. No human should be that horrible. I understand working at a customer facing job is hard and not for everyone but this lady felt dangerously aggressive. This cannot be a safe environment for anyone to be around her.

Showed up last minute and despite this, Faith who works there helped me out by doing our company flyers last minute. Really above and beyond what I expect as a small business owner. I will be a return customer for sure.

The girl who works there, Faith I think her name is.
First time i came in I had clear instructions but she couldn’t stop 1 sec to actually hear what I needed, a 16x20 impression on shiny finish core foam with a 3 inch white border. I asked her if it was possible and without looking a me, she said: If it’s the right dimensions, yes, otherwise no. Which I found a little rude so I asked her if she could check the document for me just to make sure cause it was for next day and I knew i wouldn’t have time to print it again. She checked and said: You’re all set, come tomorrow around 10 am (I paid extra to get it a little earlier).
Second day I get there, there’s an elderly lady trying to print something and she asks for assistance due to her eyesight (she said she couldn’t read the instructions). Faith was here again, and she tells this really nice lady: You’ve been here before, you should know how to do it yourself. The lady doesn’t seem very offended and leaves for a sec, comes back with another worker from the store and Faith stops the worker and TELLS HER “SHE COMES ALL THE TIME AND EVERY TIME SHE ASKS FOR ASSISTANCE, SHE SHOULD KNOW HOW TO DO IT HERSELF”. The other worker then explains that the lady has eyesight problems, to which she replies “Well, i’m just letting you know, she’s here all the time” and then proceeds to do everything for the lady herself anyways (?).
Then to my impression, I realized this is not what I ordered, I politely tell her that I asked her to print it with a 3 inch white border and she goes “you never told me that, if you wanted a white border, you should’ve sent the document with a white border” to which I told her I didn’t know that and that’s why I kept trying to get her to check if it was possible the day before. She then said “well, you want it or not” so I call the person who i needed to print it for cause at this point we weren’t going to be able to reprint. I ended up paying 50 DOLLARS, for a print that was not what I ordered, got treated incredibly disrespectful and weirdly, I felt like this was based on discrimination, cause Faith was being nice to everyone else, but me, she even made jokes about the elder lady with one of the customers that was right next to me and seemed completely overly-friendly with other customers both time i was there. I wonder what the reason was, cause im usually incredibly respectful and try to be as polite and easygoing as possible with service workers, cause I know how stressful it is to deal with difficult customers every day, but that doesn’t mean I should withstand disrespect or discrimination. Overall rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional

I came in to print out one copy of eight pages and laminate. The lady who works at the printing machines was very very rude. She said to come back tomorrow because eight pages is too much for her and they don't do same day lamination.

I had wonderful employees at Staples that informed me that if I wanted to get the 50% back in points that I would have to activate offer first before making my purchases. Another employee then spent his time & patience figuring what my Staples password was. I asked for his name & he said Milton. He even helped me bring my cart back in the store after my purchase. He was very nice and kind. He also looked up the ink number from my previous purchases. I am very pleased.
