Sent a package overnight shipping and it went missing . Told to call tomorrow or come in for further assistance I did just that.. Store says it opens at 8am it’s currently 9:22am and the store is locked up . Thanks for wasting my time UPS

Went to drop off an Amazon return package here and asked the associate if he could place a 6" piece of clear tape over a hole in my envelope to secure it, he asked me to pay $1.50.

This is the worst UPS store. The associate doesn’t even welcome the customer, doesn’t say “how can I help you” I was returning multiple amazon packages, the associate didn’t tell me if it was completeled just picked up his phone and started texting after 2/3 mins passed he finally looked up and asked if I had more.

I've be coming to this UPS location for close to 10 years and it had always been just ok. No one ever even greeted you but for the past year new owners took over and this place has improved drastically! Today I walked in with a heavy box and Cris came towards me to help me. He then walked outside to my car to grab the other box. Who does that? Cris was a complete gentleman and the perfect example of a great employee and a real gentleman. Thank you for employing Cris!!! I've dropped off packages with him before and he's always so respectful and really treats people great. Thank you Cris !!!!!

I wish I can give thus place -10 ratings, totally worst customer service experience. This place don't care about their customers, extremely rude and disappointing staff they don't greet customer or they don't make you feel customer friendly experience instead thus place have staff who makes you feel like why on earth I entered this store??? Huh...I would rather drive 5 mile away to better ups store who cares about their quality of customer service, they make you feel like they are doing big favor by accepting your return packages, I would not enter such stupid disrespectful store.
