Well, The employee at the store was so polite and nice and helpful to me. I took a package prepaid for shipment and I did not have the box taped up very well. And the employee at the store said no problem and taped it up for me. GREAT HELP GOOD STORE TO GO TO.

Awful experience, awful customer service, the representative of the UPS tried to tell me the way I had to fill out the paperwork from GA and told me that he couldn’t notarize the documents because in his personal opinion it was filled out wrongfully (regardless of me saying that it’s been filled out with the instructions from GA office) he started yelling at me, he never gave his name and told me that I have to go to GA to notarize the paperwork because paperwork goes to GA and this is a NJ.
I believe he must be fired because such luck of training in my personal opinion cannot be fixed.

Best UPS store I've ever been to.

I have always chosen this location for all of my business needs with UPS store. However, the most recent time I went about a week ago March 2025 I noticed that they hired a young girl who is from a country who culture believes in the caste system. She put on a false kindness towards me and then rolled her eyes around in her head, and was overly kind to the customer behind me who was most likely a white American.

The worst of the worst when a customer asks for a signature it means do not leave package without signiture so rude and very ignorant why leave package to be stolen if I could give a zero I would ups doesn't even deserve the 1 star that's why amazon is taking over!!!!!!!!!'

Very rude staff. Manager comes off to be very nasty and sarcastic. If you don’t like your job then just get a new one. The manager is condescending and talks down to employees and customers. He has an attitude if you make an Amazon return. Doesn’t know how to talk to people. They are not helpful! Don’t come to this location, you’ll hate it. The reviews tell it all. I would have given them negative 3 stars for their poor customer service

I just wanted to let anyone who never used this UPS facility that I really think it's the best..no matter how busy they are the line goes really fast and everytime you walk through door they are greeting you very friendly,no matter what employees are working at the time..I really love this place..I live in Metuchen and have a UPS facility here but I always choose to use this one in Edison.. thanks to owner and your employees for making this old man's day whyi walk in..GOD Bless all of you guys..

Always a pleasant experience at this UPS! The manager is polite, cheerful, and kind. There’s usually no line & Im in an out in under a minute. Grateful for their hard work!

What a friendly and helpful staff! I had an issue with a past receipt, and the owner was so helpful and called me back with everything I needed. He was so patient and accommodating.
