This my local post office. They have always been courteous and helpful. I wish they opened earlier, but the workers don't set the hours. I have never had a single rude encounter in all my years of going there.

This post office has the most amazing clerk she was very patience with my 20 questions. The young lady was very polite. I left there very confident leaving my packages in her hands.

I will never get what gives the people the right to treat others poorly. Literally the lady at the front was very rude, unprofessional, and disgusting as she would whisper smart comments under her breath, give dirty looks, and even just shows she has no manners whatsoever. If you are unhappy at your job than why are you working there instead of taking it out on others. Literally couldn’t take it anymore and walked out of there

Just go to the Edison USPS. Workers here are the rudest and have zero customer service skills. This will be my last time at this location.

Worst hours for anyone that has a job.. I've had 2 packages that were listed as delivered to my home in the last 2 months that never were and I had no help on a resolution from Fords Post Office. They just "disappeared " and no , not from my front steps either..

I really wish I could leave zero stars. The service is awful, the ladies are BEYOND rude. If they are so miserable they really should find another job where they DONT interact with people. Even with this review, and all the other negative ones, I know they'll walk away unreprimanded. Find another post office to go to, it'll save you time and sanity.
