I have been usually this pharmacy for years!!!! And this location honestly will make a mistake, when they put my scripts info they basically told me i was trying to refill to early (script called for 2x a day quantity 60, not 1 a day for 60days.)When i call and I guess they make Notes in our accounts that i guess i am now labeled a difficult person. (Witch i dont feel i am, when you make a mistake say sorry, not brush it off. However last month when said situation happened.Well now when i call to speak about my medication i am spoken to with rude tones, short answer with "attitude in the tone, delivery of jasmines words to me tonight.Honestly i do not feel the staff behind the pharmacy counter at this location is professional, and lack human curiosity."Well thats what the note says" when i simply ask will my script be available tomorrow? And when i had my refill called in early last week, (before refill would be available) automated system didnt even mention the said medication i was inquiring about)Honestly over the last year i feel the service behind the pharmacy counter lacks quality on customer service. I honestly got off the phone and felt i was spoken to as if i where a child, short answer with that attitude as if "the system said so" like when you ask mom but why, and she responds with that "because i said so" thats the attitude i received when i simply wanted to check on my refill availability/status.When i am on a medication that i should not have any lapse in dosage. Just feel they dont make the customer feel like a priority or let alone a person. Quess here we are all just in the shuffle on the the number line..

Hi Please reach out to me with this issue, it is extremely severe. The pharmacist put incorrect labels on my medicine. See attached pictures as proof. Just because I have used one of this medicine recently I know it was incorrect label on it.Apart from that they have put one of my prescription "on file" without my doctor's advice and when I called to ask there were 3 prescriptions and I only got 2 they said "I am sorry I don't know why someone put the other prescription on file" This was not a refillable prescription, it was for flu treatment. They did the same thing with my husband's prescription 2 days later, our entire family was sick and we visited this pharmacy for all of our prescription needs but I don't know if they should be kept open if they have incompetent staff. There is one Asian lady who is extremely rude and loud in the pharmacy, she gives all kinds of excuses they make mistakes and don't even apologize. This pharmacy used to be much better when there was different staff. This new staff is chaotic, not organized and managed well. The issue that they have done with my medicine is grounds of lawsuit and I am willing to take that next step if I do not hear from anyone at the Walgreens corporate.I drafted the above message and tried to file a complaint thru Walgreens website but the page consistently kept getting errored out. Therefore I leave no choice but to put a review here. They do not even deserve a single star.

This is one of the slowest pharmacy to prepare prescription.As per there customer service after doctors entry in system it will take almost 5 to 6 hrs to get your prescription ready. Better to avoid if don't want to wait.Doctor give me prescription in system at 11:30 and it was not ready till 2 PM.so I called them it was not even ready by 3 PM as staff was on long lunch break.So I called again and kept waiting on to some one to pick it up.Best of luck for such slow service. Hope management can take this review seriously.

The pharmacy manager Magi and Christina they are rude laughing on customers and treating customers as a trash talking with them the way buddies talk. The store itself is good. But pharmacy management is trash.

My doctor send two prescriptions to pharmacy. But agent at pharmacy gave me one . I was not aware that he send two . After 3 days I receive voicemails that other medications is ready . I have been suffering . I Spock to manger Christina and she is not helpful. She don’t reliez that they made mistake. Pls everyone check that at same time they give you all medications because they don’t care .

It is Wal greens, the same as any other competitors CVS Costco Rite aid… etc. Service depends on who is working that day, I want to write about my experience (Tuesday, 11/21) when it was so raining and I opted to store walked in rather than DT. My experience was with the ASIAN guy was so friendly, he was SO kind, helpful and truly care of the customer. That day was the first time I saw him working there, this Walgreen has very few people BUT very few. That ASIAN guy managed himself a big line and guided all of the their customers very well. This feels me there are good people still existing BECAUSE earlier people saw up with attitude (OWN EXPERIENCE). Five out of Five stars to that guy working. Wal greens must proud on him. Everytime I come here to the pharmacy whomever is helping me is NASTY. I don't understand just for them to ask you simple questions they have an attitude. It's disgusting especially when I give them no reason at all to have an attitude. I just tell them what i'm there for and they have an attitude with me. . I went inside yesterday and the young lady that was the pharmacist had an attitude. Then when I go through the drive thru a different lady has an attitude. Clearly the majority of the people here need to work on customer service because this isn't it. Very disappointed.

If i could give this branch a 0 i would. They can’t run this pharmacy! Every time we get notifications that meds are ready, we go and they say come back in an hour. 0 organization skills.

Horrible horrible.. I would give zero star if I can. Bad people working .. need to come back three time to pick up my toddler medicines because they were never ready. Waiting in the driver through for 30 min. no one showed up.. till He did! Young .. wavy hair.. short.. mean!!! With a nasty attitude, disgusting! Worse place ever! First time I even reviewed anything , but I had to!
