Found a lump on my dogs breast and was told today it was most likely cancerous. So was hoping to get a second opinion from Dr Spector. I called the office to make an appointment and spoke with a sorry excuse for a human being. Joanne. Who informed me that we had a balance on the account. So I explained I didn't realize and stated we would be happy to pay the outstanding balance today. But she said "no it went to collections and you never paid it...so we don't want you're business". So again offered to pay the bill to which she replied " no you're not welcome here". Completely uncaring. It's a shame a veterinary doctor would allow his office to be run by an office manager who acts like this.

Not recommend!! Very high priced services and pet medication. Good doctors which is important but most of the staff more then makes up for that. Expect long wait times especially when in the examining room waiting for the doctor. If you need a medication refill then this is not the place. They are so over booked most of the time that medication refills seem like a hassle for them but the price isn't. My biggest tip is this, avoid Joeann at all costs. Your pets Heath is only as important as how much Joeann likes you.. Sad but true. You been warned!

I have been taking my 8 year old German Shepherd here since he was a puppy. The prices are great but more importantly, the staff is caring and always super helpful! They don't push unnecessary tests or products onto you which I feel is unheard of these days. I have called them many times in a bind with prescriptions or what not and they always do their best to take care of my dog. Highly recommended!

Just had one of the worst experiences taking my dog to this vet. My dog had a 10:00 appt, but wasn't seen until 10:35. There were 3 doctors working that day and dogs were coming in after us and being treated right away and leaving shortly after being seen. At one point around 10:10, while in the waiting area, a doctor came out to the front desk and talked to the 2 assistants about my dog. I know this because as they were in a discussion, all 3 were looking at my dog and it seemed like they were deciding what to do. Then the doctor comes over to us, sits right beside my dog and gets to know him. He even gave her kisses and she said what a good boy. Well, we never saw her again. I went up to the front desk at 10:30 to find out what was going on since dogs were coming and going, yet we were still waiting to be seen. I was told that there was a back up because 3 animals had to get x-rays. That couldn't be true because half a dozen dogs were seen and left while we were sitting there. And they came in after us!! Finally, after they heard me complaining to the other parents who were in the waiting area, they came over and weighed my dog. He weighed 67 lbs and I said "oh, he lost 3 pounds." The assistant said "no, he was 60 lbs the last time you came in." I had to correct her because he was 70 lbs the last time in. Obviously, the chart was read wrong. We were then put back in an examination room. After another wait, a different doctor than the one we saw earlier came in to treat him. The only reason we were there was because we needed a refill on the heartworm medicine. My dog is a mutt, but he's part pitbull and very loud when he barks. He is a sweetheart and was wagging his tail the whole time there and wanted to say "hi" to every dog and owner that came in there. Not sure why the first doctor had to have a discussion about him with her assistants and then immediately came over to see how he is, but obviously she doesn't like to deal with shelter dogs with a pitbull mix, in my opinion. That was a long hour visit with bad excuses of why my dog wasn't being seen, just to get a refill of heartworm medicine. At one point in the wait, they said that they were "overbooked and Friday's a bad day" despite having 3 DOCTORS there. This place has really gone downhill. Do not rely on old reviews, they are no longer relevant. Shop around.

Simply the worst. 1. Even with an appointment I usually have to wait about 30-45 minutes 2. Office staff probably some of the rudest women I've ever met 3. I somehow got conned into a $400 laser treatment for my dog's torn ACL 4. Gray Fox will not release my dog's medical history to another vet. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Your pets will thank you.
