“The agents are fantastic to work with, and fully understand your situation at home. Though it is sad that you are "randomly" selected for a home inspection, the truth is anytime you switch insurance companies you will always have a home inspection. Corporate's inspector found several items that they took issue with, and wanted me to resolve. Unfortunately, some of the things that were recommended snowballed into much larger projects. Corporate wanted to see photos of the finished work, but unfortunately due to the scope of work, I am still at a stage where I am just getting pricing numbers, and that is not good enough for corporate. The agents understood my situation and tried as hard as they could to get corporate to come to an understanding but unfortunately corporate's policy is what it is, and I understand the legal standpoint where they're coming from. For now I have to temporarily switch companies since I need more time to complete the projects, but I will be returning.”

“I called to ask a question, cause it was to late to come in, the person I spoke to Janiell… I believe was here name. So, I asked her a car insurance question I told her, she answered it, & before I could say, ok I’ll see you tomorrow, she asked me if I wanted to get started right over the phone she emailed me my documents I e-signed them, while she was still on the phone with me. Didn’t have to come in or wait till the next day. It was fast, & easy. Since they where about to close & I couldn’t make it my night was a little on the upset side. “It is not everyday that a great review for an insurance company is written, but Gannon & Coyne Nationwide deserve tremendous applause and gratitude for all of their help in making things return to normal after quite a bit of storm damage to our property. Their wonderful adjuster came out to assess the damage quickly, Nationwide worked out the details with our terrific roofer (Alpha Roofing), sent out a check immediately for debris cleanup and ironed out all the specifics within a couple of weeks.
