I left this practice due to the awful treatment by the office staff. They are rude and uncaring.Back in August, I was having severe pain in my neck. I spoke to Rochelle in the office and she said that she would let the doctor (Yadav) know that I was in severe pain (and that I sent her a message- via Penn Medicine patient portal).Four hours later, I still had not received a call back. Or any reply at all.I called back to ask why no one had responded. I told her that I am in severe pain and that a patient in pain should be a priority. And she said no actually the patients in the office are priority. She had an attitude with me and I don’t appreciate being ignored for hours when I was in that much pain. After ignoring me for four hours, they finally advised me to go to the Emergency Room. Which I did. Immediately. The ER questioned me as to why I was coming there and why I was sent there by my PCP. And they should have been able to address my pain issues. Order testing. Etc. which they did not.The office staff. And especially the office manager have no compassion or empathy, even for someone in excruciating pain. They don’t even pretend to care.

Made appt on April 3rd, 2023 for July 3rd, 2023. Got call that dr.sareen barbouletos would be on leave that date, one week prior to appt. Was told that next available appointment would be in December of 2023. You would think that they would try to get me in asap, since it was canceled by Dr's office upon Dr's return.

This was the Best Out Patient office I have been to in years everyone was friendly from the moment I stepped through the door to the moment I left. Everyone was professional and caring. I am happy I picked this facility for my new primary doctor.

I’ve tried calling on multiple occasions to try and make an appointment as a new patient. I’ve made sure I was calling within their business hours (based off Google AND their own automated messaging systems information) and every time I’m told the office is closed and try calling another day. Please either update your business hours if they’ve changed or become more reliable.

Worst doctors office, I have been a patient for over 15 yrs. The nurses act like they are the prescription police. Every month there's a problem. I have been on a pain med( have ligit medical reasons ) and each month it's a issue. I have NEVER asked for my script early I do all the drug screening that's required sign all papers and STILL always a problem. You call the office can't ever speak to someone. It's disgusting how your treated. Try to explain things when someone finally calls back and they don't listen. Again worst office.

Scheduling 40 days out for a pre employment physical. You would think they would stop taking on patients to avoid this issue but apparently not. They laugh at you and say it's first come first serve. I have been a patient here for over a year.

I didn’t know how to feel first entering. The guard and front desk people were very nice. Once it got to the nurse it felt like everyone had this “I just wanna get this day over” feeling. Then when I got to the doctor she was very rude didn’t listen to the patient kept making up these excuses for the diagnosis and kept saying why didn’t these other doctors do this or that when I don’t know why they didn’t do this or that. (That’s why I came to you). She ended my appointment early because she found out I was moving and thought I wouldn’t find a doctor where I was moving too. I was satisfied anyways because I didn’t want to be there anymore and was gonna end the appointment my self. If you want to go to a place that will make you uncomfortable ask very personal questions then make it sound like it your fault and then send you on your way this place is perfect for you. I don’t ever write reviews but had too with this place.

This is not a review for the doctors because they’re great if you ever get to see them but the scheduling process is so annoying, you can’t even schedule online during the weekends as if they need someone working to accept the scheduled visit. Why not just show what time slots are available and allow an automated schedule? If the worry is that people won’t show up, just charge them for the time. That’s how this should work. Not to mention you need to be available to call all day on a weekday because in my experience they hardly even answer at all. Why is this so much harder than it needs to be? It’s almost like I have to drive 20 miles and walk in to request an appointment on a weekday mind you during my own work hours. It’s just so annoying. Honestly now I’m just asking for the bare minimum of answering the phone during the posted hours.

I have been a patient at Penn Medicine Woodbury Hts for 15 years. I got sick last week and tried to get an appointment. They said I'd have to come in as a new patient, but since I was sick, I wouldn't be allowed in the building. I asked for telemedicine and they said no. I spoke with Rochelle who said that my insurance doesn't cover telemedicine (it does), and she said that if I don't visit in 3 years, I'm dropped as a patient because of insurance (not true). Rochelle lied about everything. If Penn drops you because you haven't been in for 3 years, they need to notify the patient about THEIR policy of doing this. Called my insurance - they said none of that was true - they don't monitor when my last visit was and telemedicine is still covered. Find another practice if you're looking for a doctor because Penn will drop you without telling you and when you need them, they will just lie.

I'm shocked that my insurance company was charged $320 for a 15 minute routine office visit.

Staff is horrible. You wait at least 30 minutes before you even speak with a person. I left several messages with them to have the doctor call but I never received a call. Trying to ahold of a doctor is near impossible. I also left several messages on the patient portal and no response. I've been a patient there for 5 years and the service is just getting worse. I like my doctor but I just may have to find another which is sad.

I have a lot of mixed feelings about this office. There are definitely some positives but the negatives far outweigh them. One of the biggest issues I had was with a nurse/PA who was bringing me back for a gyn visit who thought that the main hallway was an appropriate place to start asking me VERY PERSONAL questions about my visit. When I told her I didn't think that was the right place to be discussing that she said she didnt think it was a problem because she didn't see anyone around. That was 5 or 6 weeks ago and, although I've been told twice by my doctor that the office manager would call me, I still haven't heard a word from anyone. Patient privacy is clearly not a priority here.

Too difficult to access services, too much hold time when calling in, I dont feel confident I am getting effective care. Their teams dont coordinate well. I can't find a positive, sorry.

Please do not go here! I work in the medical field and I know how people should be treated and this is not it. So you at first you think everything is fine, get in, seen and leave. Then no follow up from the Dr. even after you leave several messages on the portal that directly goes to them. After 8 hours of calling and many messages later-nothing. You wait on the phone for over 30 minutes at a time just to be passed around. You would think PENN would be good, that's what I thought but its far from good. If you take your health seriously, which we should, please do not waste your time. You will be beyond upset and frustrated!!

I've been coming to the Mantua office for just about 9 years. I have never felt so belittle in all my life. The staff gives me such a hard time every time I need a refill, they make excuses, change rules, never own their errors or apologizes for any inconvenience. Some of the nurses are hostile, not friendly and very aggressive. I am very much involved with my treatment plan and love my physician, the Medical Director Dr. Jeffrey Millstein - he's an old school physician, he listens, assess and together we take the best approach for total healthcare. He allows me to have a voice in my care with various diagnosis and I trust his judgment. Healthcare/Physicians are forced to fast track you. I also called this January with a fever of 105 emailed the group and no one called me back. I ended up in the ER with COVID. I trust my PCP to respond to me with directions. I don't believe the nurses pass on the information needed to care for the patients properly. They can definitely use some sensitivity training. The positives, your in and out, God forbid you need pain medication, you are judged! When you call in for refills make sure you do it when you have 10 pills verses 1, because their is always an issue and they can care less if you don't have the medication. ALL the nurses and medical asst are NOT not bad. I can name names, but I'll spare them the embarrassment. I plan on reporting them for their behaviors on a different platforms. Know your rights! You can report a provider, nurse, aides, they are all licensed through Occupational health. They should be held accountable if your not treated with dignity and respect. Otherwise, I love my physician and my Ortho physician and especially the xray team in bucks county, awesome group of people.Oh your billing team have no idea what they're doing, I can honestly say that because i am a professional Healthcare Billing manager of 38 years. They forwarded my bill to collections, while i had insurance and they failed to bill timely. You know you can't do that. If you failed to meeting the deadline to bill - you CANNOT bill a patient with active insurance.....geesh. Hire me, I'll clean up shop for you Penn.
