“Anastacia’s Antiques was hands-down one of the highlights of our Philadelphia trip!
We were recommended this shop by someone at the Independence Visitor Center, and WOW — walking in was an experience all on its own. This place is not just an antique store, it’s curated like a museum. The way everything is styled with mirrors, lighting, and thoughtful displays makes it feel intentional and magical, not like antiques were just dumped into a space.
We ended up meeting Anastacia herself and her husband while they were working, and her knowledge is incredible. Every turn in the store comes with history, stories, and insight about the pieces. You can truly feel the love and care that goes into every single item.
Anastacia even sat down with me and a couple of other girls and personally showed us jewelry, pulled pieces out of cases, and made recommendations. I ended up buying a couple of rings and some spoons from 1875 — I collect antique spoons and honestly could have spent HOURS here tbh.
The shop is also filled with the most wonderfully quirky and unique finds — unlike any antique store I’ve ever been to. We’re from Boston, and this was our second day of our three-day trip, and it completely stood out as something special.
If you love antiques, history, unique finds, or just want an unforgettable shopping experience, Anastacia’s Antiques is an absolute must. We’re so grateful we found it — this place is truly something special.”
“Thanks to the people at Chelsea for the fantastic restoration of—yet another—wounded heirloom! Knowing Chelsea will be able to restore virtually anything metal has given me the confidence to buy other people’s wounded heirlooms. Invaluable service.”
“Definitely has more antiques pre-1950 than those in the area that have more vintage/past 1950. Selection varies from furniture to antique toys to records to clothes. Some glass. Worth looking into. Would come again”
“Treasure hunting here is always a blast—so many unique vintage finds and friendly staff eager to share the stories behind the pieces. The shop has a welcoming, quirky charm. It’s a must-visit for anyone who loves antiques.”
“It’s a damn shame young people aren’t into antiques, so much history things that last a lifetime vintage is back in many of people into the vintage young people one step away from antiques so many people want new furniture what not when there’s so much to be recycled and make your apartment or home beautiful because there’s nothing like wouldn’t furniture from North Carolina with the Amish people make or something that your great grandfather made back in the day. I’m kind of nostalgic for history I love history and I love antiques like when you see a sickle you know somebody worked hard in the field instead of new machinery so beautiful and the store is packed with many dealer take your time and enjoy and don’t forget to smell the roses. Thank you very much. Have a pleasant day in your endeavors of antiquing and vintage sincerely, Betsy Toy.”
“Dave is a great guy and super friendly to talk with ! Mine and my husband first time here and we loved it! I got some things and my husband was intrigued by the amazing coin collection dave had.”
“I just got this Louis XVI beauty so needed between my Mother's heirloom chairs, Antique Showcase has it all! The comments here are so stupid ... I have been visiting this store regularly for the last three years, and the owners are an old gay couple. and they have two small dogs. I love what they have, impressive chandeliers, beautiful French mirrors, tables, and chairs, I haven't seen many of these anywhere in Philadelphia. It's an impressive collection. The amount of stuff is overwhelming, they let me roam the store freely, taking my time to look at everything. Because, Ingo to look at the furniture, not to look at them. they are not rude, they engage me in conversation, they ask questions, they talk to me about their pieces, they suggest things, and one of them even makes jokes. I learned they are a gay couple, and they have been together for over 1000 years. They are frankly beautiful Anyway, I don't go to an antique store to visit the owners, I go to look at their stuff and buy antiques. Simple, I suggest you do the same. GROW UP people”
“This place is really spectacular. It’s all really luxurious, gorgeous stuff. Such a cool vibe too, and Mark is a very nice guy as well. Walking through was an opportunity to daydream about my future home. Will definitely return, hopefully one day to buy some stuff. I highly recommend visiting.”
“My favorite thrift store. They have my color and styles. They pretty much have almost everything you are looking for. And I love their prices. I got 2 dresses and 4 other products for only 3 dollars. Every Wednesday is discount day. And even if it's not discount day, their prices are still great.”
“Amaaaaaazing, rad & super curated high end vintage finds! The store is packed to the brim of every goodie you can dream of to dig thru! Spent about a hour soaking in the glory - and found a beautiful piece of art to bring home! Everything is laid out & displayed wonderfully. Come for treasure hunting - and come to enjoy it all!”
“Stopped in for the first time and really liked the atmosphere and variation of items. Picked up a few different pieces that were reasonably priced and had a blast. The woman who runs the shop creates a welcoming atmosphere and provided customer service that was above and beyond.”

Be sure to explore everything from the front of the shop to the back — there’s truly something for everyone. Huge thanks to Seth for the great price and great conversation. I’ll definitely be back!”
