I was visiting my Dad @ Spring Hills and found the staff to be very kind & accommodating. This facility seems to have improved significantly since the last time I was here, in 2016, to visit my father-in-law.My dad is happy with the level of care, the professionalism of the staff, and the food so far. As long as he’s well cared for and happy, I’m happy. (It is my first day visiting my Dad at this facility, and I will update my review if anything changes .)

I have been here for the past 7 wks.. I know that they are low staff like everywhere else, but I have to say that my every single need has been met. . I was treated as though I am family, they were phenomenal to me. Because of insurance I must leave on the 23’rd of Dec. which I thought would have been the 26th. The nurses and the workers decorated my room for Christmas so that it would look festive, which it does. All i can say is that I got the best care that anyone can ask for.. I felt like family from the receptionist to the nurse to the kitchen workers. I am truly going to miss everyone and the excellent care that I received. My nurse Kyyetta became family to me. I don’t know what Spring Hills would be without her and a few more people. I honeyfelt at home and will surely miss it over here but I have to thank them with all that I have for the love and care that they showed me. A couple of weeks ago I had a heart attack along with nemonia was rushed to the hospital where I was immediately taken care of. I can go on and on but it would take forever. But I want to Thank Them wholeheartedly for for the best and loving care that they have given me. I happy to be going home and yet sad at the same time. Thank you everyone for the special care and treatment that I have received here. God Bless each and everyone of you and I hope your Holidays are as Blessed as you all have made me. Rita Cerecino. ( your crazy patient).

This facility is sleek and shiny on the inside and outside. Each patient has a modern private suite. However, the experience of my special needs relative was that the care was deficient. There was a heartbreaking irreversible health outcome for my relative. This facility is only for those patients with the ability to advocate for themselves for adequate patient care. Otherwise, I DO NOT recommend this facility. If the patient has any cognitive issues, special needs intellectual disability issues, or is unable to voice or articulate a health concern, the patient will need someone else present at all times to advocate for their proper care from the staff. I wish I had never had my special needs relative come to this facility.

my mother is there now. Not sure if she will survive the lack of care provided here. Very difficult to get anyone to help with anything for example not being washed or dressed till after 2pm and only then because family member asked several times for this to be done. My mother unfortunately is in diapers no one checks to see if you need to be changed even when they know you have issues. The food is not fit to eat. Everyone who works there should try it. They would put it right n the garbage. If ;you need help eating or drinking you will be eating cold food and they don't help you with drinking even if you can't hold a cup. Some of the employees who work here should not be working with people. They are very nasty ,rude and avoid patient contact like the plague. Everyone disappears for hours you can never find anyone to help when you complain it is just in one ear and out the other how they ever pass inspections and quality reviews I don't know. So to echo a few don't go there or send anyone there that you know if you can avoid it. If you have to send someone there be prepared to hire a nurse or you will be there 24/7 to make sure your family member is cared for at all. If I could give minus stars I would.

We were visiting my husband’s brother who has been here for 6 months. I have to say for a rehabilitation and long term facility it was updated and clean. There was no odor, the staff was friendly and helpful. He has no complaints, other than the food being bland, but thats to be expected for the facility to be compliant with all different dietary needs.

My mother had to wait 2.5 hours to be changed last night. She called for help at 5:10pm, and no one came until 7:38pm. I only know because she called me at 7pm to complain that no one came after almost two hours. I immediately got on the phone to the facility and had to wait to get through to someone. She wasn't changed until over two and a half hours after she called for help. When the CNA arrived, it was the same person who said she'd "be right back" thirty minutes after my mom first called at 5:10, so the CNA knew my mom was in a soiled diaper for at least two hours, and the person who first took my mom's call knew for 2.5 hours. Avoid this place at all costs.

For gods sake, if u love your family member dont take them there. My mom ended up in the hospital for 8 days and had to be given blood because they never gave her her medication.

The staff is very dedicated and work tirelessly. Always friendly and caring despite the challenges they face daily. As with many medical facilities, staffing shortage is perhaps the biggest challenge. A great opportunity for job seekers!
