I was at this Store last April 2023. I was very mislead. when trading in my phone. I was told that I would be eligible for discounts and free promotions that never happened.I went into this store trying to get a lower monthly bill and when all was said and done my bill increased.Don't go to this store.Deptford mall store.

This store is a BIG F!!! The salespeople and the manager are dishonest and are not accountable for their lies and hustle mentality to get customers to purchase its deals. Then the customer is left holding the bag. My phone was stolen as I was at the mall so you can imagine I'm already upset. I only need a phone which I told the salesman several times. He constantly keeps telling me about their current deal (2 watches or iPad) and how it will raise my bill a few dollars. I finally said ok and told him. I wanted to keep my current plan. I get my bills and to my surprise, my bill goes up $100 & I was taken out of my current plan. I immediately called customer service who told me that I had to go to the store where everything was done to get it reversed. I go to the store the salesman acts stupid like he didn't defraud me saying it was a mistake. The manager comes out and says they can't take it back because it's past 14 days. I explained that I spoke with customer service who told me I could return it and pay a $55 restock fee and he refused. I called customer service while in the store who said they could do anything g cause it was purchased in-store and that it's the store's choice to take it back. So the manager has unscrupulous morals and sales tactics and then you are stuck with a product they refused to take back so their sales quotas aren't affected. I have been a customer for 30 years and I'm moving my service to Verizon.

We were told that if we bundled and signed up for DirecTV our monthly access to it would be apart of our AT&T phone bill, however we were charged a surprise separate 100$ monthly fee to have DirecTV. Very displeased with their “customer service”.

I went to this store yesterday 10/6/23. I wanted to get the iPhone 14 and start a new line on it cause at the moment I do not have a phone number. I walk in and the staff greets me cool. I start working with the girl that was in there and she starts asking me if I’m running my own business so she can put me on the business plan. I say no cause I don’t but she still tries to set it up that way anyway she starts asking me for a phone number but I had just told everyone in the store that I didn’t not have a number. So she has me use my friends number then something goes wrong. So she goes to her coworker to have him help me cause she had no idea what was going on, so he comes over to try and fix her mistake and he starts making phone calls to people. He kept getting put on hold. I ended up being there for almost 2 hours because they didn’t know what they were doing. Finally towards the end they make a decision that since they can’t start the line they just wanted to give me a prepaid SIM card and I just put it in the phone I have now so it’ll have number. I ended up stopping the whole conversation because I didn’t want a SIM card for the phone. I came there for the iPhone 14 and a line on it, I sat there for almost 2 hours just to not get neither on of these things. The people in that store are absolutely useless, they need better staff and people who actually know what they’re doing. Don’t waste ur time

REALLY nice people. The store was clean and they had balloons hanging for new deals! I'd definitely come back here again, and would recommend going here. The deals are ok, but they're willing to help point you in the right direction with what your situation is...

Brian was most helpful getting me my new phone. Helped me with the deals and saved me some money too! He has great people skills and a great salesman. Will definitely come back to him for help with my new things!! (I'm not very tech savy)

Omg! Let me tell you guys about my AT&T experience. First of all, amazing staff. So friendly, Harvey actually was the one coming off his break and immediately helped me when he walked in the store without even putting his stuff down first. He assisted me through the process of upgrading my phone and switching my plans, he is knowledgeable not only on the sales and promos in the store but even a little further on the tech aspect of it which made it easy to know which phone would be the best for me. Even though we were having porting problems, Harvey stayed patient and made sure I knew I could still walk out with a phone today even if I port the number another day so I can still get all the good deals in the store! Luckily for me we were able to port the number, I made sure the store manager knew how well Harvey was, not only on a customer service aspect, but knowledgeable on all the products they carry.The store manager was also such a nice person, tried to sell me cable, but still a friendly customer service ambassador!If you are looking/comparing phone lines stop by this At&t in deptford mall! You will not be dissatisfied, the customer service and the knowledge on the products was pristine! Glad I chose this location.

My experience at the location was by far THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE experience I have ever been through. Not only was my family and I lied to about our contracts, our bill came in 3x higher then what we were told. We were expecting a $150 dollar bill but it came to $442. When we called the store to dispute our charges, the assistant manager Omar did nothin to help and when he transferred me to his GM Kevin, I was hung up on mid conversation. I would advice anyone looking for a cell phone plan to stay as far away from AT&T as possible.

The store doesn't provide technical support; however, the staff is pleasant and knowledgeable and was able to provide technical assistance that we were not able to receive elsewhere. Put up with the problem for two years and it was resolved in a few minutes after a conversation with the staff at the AT&T Deptford store. Thank you for listening and providing a simple resolution!!

Sneaky plans. I did not want DIRECTV Stream and the day after I added a phone line to my plan I received a DIRECTV stream box delivered to my house. I called to cancel and customer support said there is no phone plan that even involves DIRECTV stream and the workers signed me up for it to get bonuses. I’m never going back to this location again.

This was the best experience I had at a phone store in a while. The staff greeted me upon entry and asked if I needed help with anything. When letting them know the dilemma I was facing. They were able to assist me quickly and proficiently. Ahjanae and the other young lady worked well together. The store was clean and they even gave my babies a coloring book. Highly recommend this store for all iPhone needs.
