I went to the AT&T store in Deptford, NJ, just across from the mall to see about an upgrade from my iPhone 8Plus. As soon as I walked in Kevin the assistant store manager greeted me right away I explained my upgrade needs and he took it from there!Kevin was personable, knowledgeable and gave me a great customer service! As a retired Marine he made sure I received the discounts I earned - even being a AAA member got me a discount - as well as the retired ID card cause I didn’t have a copy of my DD-214 which not many of us retired military may not carry around with them but I will have in my car from now on. Overall I received SUPERB customer service from Kevin who from the moment I walked in treated me with respect, that I was important! If ya need a upgrade in the Deptford/Glassboro NJ area,go see Kevin in his well run AT&T store!

It has been an absolute billing nightmare since my fiancé and I signed up for a phone plan with this location. Our bill has numerous errors that were made by the rep and it has been almost a month of trying to correct these issues and we have been passed back and forth between in-store and over the phone reps. The in-store reps say we have to call customer service and the phone reps say we have to see an in-store rep. My fiancé has been with AT&T for years with his family and I decided to make the sacrifice to move from being a long-term Verizon customer to join a plan with him and I have only regretted it since. We're both frustrated and disappointed with how poor the customer service is. We are beyond fed up after being told by numerous managers that one of our issues, caused by an AT&T rep, cannot be fixed. My fiancé is currently on the phone with customer service once again due to this issue and has been on the phone for an 1 Hour and 47 minutes and it's still going. I never write reviews but this experience has been a -0/10 from the beginning.

Had a great experience with Kevin here today at the Deptford location. Great customer service, great explanation on breaking down our plan and adding our new lines, even got to add our Apple Watch’s to the line. Would definitely recommend Kevin to my friends and family! Kim was super helpful today and very easy to talk to! She explained our service and how much everything would cost. She even sold my mom a new iPad! Would def recommend:)

The associates greeted us when we came in. Within 5 minutes Kim approached us and gave us her full attention. We bout two IPhone 15 Pro Max , Kim helped set the phones up and even offered us the bundles. Right now we're not interested in the bundles being offered. I would definitely recommend any body to AT&T Deptford,NJ. Thank you Kim!!

I came into the Deptford, NJ store to upgrade my iPhone. Darren was wonderful. He went through my plan and bill with me item by item, answered all my questions, explained all of Apple's new technologies and helped me get exactly what I wanted and needed. It was the best experience I've ever had at AT&T.

Kevin Curtis from At&t was one of the best experiences we’ve had. He was SOOO helpful and my mom and I are very d*** with phones and he really helped us out. He really knows how to explain things well to non tech savvy people. I really recommend going to this at&t and requesting him. Kevin had the best personality, best humor, and his smile is contagious. Best experience?

We had a very good experience upgrading pur phones. It took a while Tiffininy ,& Sonia were very helpful getting our information transfered over. Large bright store. Good service. Plenty of parking.

I went to AT&T to explore possibly switching carriers for my family (4 Lines). I was overly frustrated with my current carrier (AT&T's top competitor) concerning cell service, customer service, and rising costs to name a few items. From the minute I walked through the door, I was greeted by Kevin with a big smile, a larger-than-life personality, and a sincere eagerness to just listen and provide guidance/help. Kevin was patient, answered my questions, and truly made me feel valued. I made the move to switch carriers that night based on my experience with Kevin, services offered by AT&T, and the anticipated savings (almost half) of what I am currently paying... I am appreciative of his knowledge, staying well after the store closed to take care of my family, and the top-notch customer service overall.

Eli at the Deptford store 1215 Hurfville Rd. Was a great help. Got me an upgrade, case, screen protector, charger, and transferred all my info in about 40 minutes. Quick fast and efficient. He also heated up my lunch for me which was great lol. Thank you Eli !
