Went in thinking I was gonna walk away upset again! I couldn’t wait to get rid of my 2019 Durango (she was just the wrong color I needed white or black) We were checking out cars when John Lasala came up and was like what’s sup guys! Let me tell you he is the best sales guy ever not pushy not annoying! This was the best experience we have had in a long time! And I’m happily in a 2020 GMC Terrain black out addition! BIG THANKS TO OUR MN JOHN LASALA!!!

My lease (another make) was going to be up, so I reached out to John LaSala to assist in finding me something with more room. He went ABOVE and BEYOND to find me the perfect vehicle that has all of the features I was looking for without breaking the bank. This is the second vehicle I purchased from Barlow Buick. Each time I dealt with John M., I would not consider going anywhere else, John is professional and knowledgeable.My only negative experience was when I came in for an oil change. I waited close to 4 hours with a scheduled appointment! The second time I came in was also an extremely long wait. I will not return for service.

Scheduling for the service was easy. The Customer rep in service explained he would order part and call to schedule.I received the scheduling phone call and it was set to fit my schedule. Rep explained the process and how long it would takeI dropped of the car the evening before and when I checked the following day my vehicle was ready for pick up.

The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and friendly. I was running a few minutes behind and he was so understanding as well he made small talk which is always nice. The service was done quickly and I was out of there free of charge bc of my vehicle being certified which made my day!

I drop my vehicle off the day before and left my key in the drop box. Very convenient for working people. They called me about what repairs needed done. When the vehicle was done; they called me rite away. Nice and smooth. My vehicle is running good!

I have to give this place 5-stars, just from the customer service alone, and I haven't even spent any money here yet. I normally take my car to the dealership where I purchased it, but for some reason they said they were unable to service and recommended Barlow Buick BMC. Yesterday, my boyfriend and I brought it in after hours and flagged down 2 gentlemen who worked there to ask where to park. After parking, I filled out the envelope and dropped my key in the after hours box. As we were coming around the corner, we ran into the same 2 gentlemen and they asked if we were all set. We said we were, and that we just wanted to wait in the shade while we called an Uber. That's when one of them said: "No, don't worry about that. We'll get you a ride." We felt bad and tried to explain that it would be an almost half-hour drive, but they wouldn't hear of it. So, in the end, we got a free ride home from Barlow, which saved us about $50. We were very appreciative and kept saying thank you, but I wanted to come write a review, as well. If the customer service is this good just for service, I'll bet the sales process is spectacular. When it comes time to purchase a new car, this is most definitely where I'll be going.

Always a good experience. Service department is friendly, informative, and fair. I also just bought my second GMC from John and his team! I’ve spent 25 years in the dealership world and Barlow does a great job.

Great experience, no pressure from sales. The reasons I keep coming back is cause of Dawn in service i know i can count on for the truth, and second reason is the Steve in sales works with you to get you what you want and not push you into something. Thanks Barlow team.

The employees were friendly and courteous. The waiting room and facilities were excellent. My car was finished in the estimated time and the cost was reasonable. I would definitely recommend.
