So I went into boost mobile store I got a new galaxy s²⁴ online and my phone wasn't working at all so like I said went to the store and the person OMARthat was working... I just have to say this guy was amazing very polite he was in the phone with the people from customer service for like a half hour I don't care how long I was there I just wanted my phone to work and he got it working he is awesome if I could I would want him to take care of me all the time best interaction from any phone place I've been to

Abraham, was very kind and very attentive. He did everything possible to fix my problem. Courteous, mannerful and honest. He didn't mind answering my questions honestly and kindly. He should get a raise, you need more customer service like that.

My product was defective and they couldn't reimburse me all of my money and wouldn't replace it unless I waited 3 days. I paid for something that I never received.

Been with Boost Mobile for 15 years and Felix is a cool guy great customer service and all my phones worked great because he worked on a few of my phones I had and told me stuff I didn't understand about the phone I don't take my phones nowhere else I always go to Felix.
