The store provides a fun and exciting environment where customers can enjoy building and customizing bears. Employees are attentive, giving great advice and engaging with children to entertain them. Although the shop is small and located in a busy mall area, the friendly staff and enjoyable atmosphere make each visit special. Always a great experience everytime I come here. Last time I was in, Amanda went out of her way to help me out with my order and her kindness meant a lot to me. The employees at this location are the absolute best and I hope one day Deptford will have it's own Build A Bear store again! (:

Since we are big Build-A-Bear fans and there is no shop in Germany anymore, it was a must to "build" a bear there. It was really nice and exciting again.
