The store provides a fun and exciting environment where customers can enjoy building and customizing bears. Employees are attentive, giving great advice and engaging with children to entertain them. Although the shop is small and located in a busy mall area, the friendly staff and enjoyable atmosphere make each visit special. Fans of Build-A-Bear appreciate the welcoming service and the chance to create their own bears, making it a favorite spot for many.

Took a visit to purchase animals. I had not visited this mall in years. To my surprise BAB was now a large kiosk type set up. The routine was the same Jayden was patient and kind. Joyous results. 10/10
