Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The pharmacy was fine but the two store employees that were working on the evening of August 14th at 11:27pm need to go through racial sensitivity training. I felt like their behavior towards black people was very insensitive and rude.

The pharmacy is very caring and compassionate they answered any of questions or concerns. They put u first . I didn’t feel like I was just a number . Highly recommend to go to ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This location is a diamond in the rough.Okay, I'm going to say up front that the location is great but needs a LOT of beautification. The first time I went there, there was so much trash I thought it was closed and abandoned - but this is not the case.The pharmacy employees at this location are always happy and helpful, and most importantly this location always has the prescriptions I need. They are one of three 24-hour CVS's near me, but the only one that consistently has my meds.If you're looking for a CVS in the area and can see past the trash and junk in the parking lot and around the store, this is the one to go to.

I recently started using GoodRX since my mother has no insurance. EVERY prescription I've picked up from CVS has been a different price than the GoodRX website. I always have to wait while the techs reprice it. Today I was quoted twice the price on the app and was told, "No, you're looking at the price for 10 milligrams, this is the price for 5 milligrams." The price was double for the smaller pill!!!! I transferred to Walmart and got the right price. I won't be back, CVS.

Lots of people, including me, complain about this particular store. It's not the fault of the employees, they do their best. The customers are the issue...there's always something. Today it was a woman allowing her kids to run around like maniacs. The last time I had prescriptions filled it was a guy yelling about the cost of his prescriptions as if it was the employee who set the prices. The time before that it was a man and woman eating their McDonald's with their kids in the line waiting to pick up prescriptions. This place is entertaining! The employees do a good job with what they have to work with.

Worse CVS ever! DO NOT HAVE PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED HERE! One time I was given someone elses prescription. Also, the pharmacy claimed twice that my prescriptions were not sent by my doctors office till the next day. Of course I checked with the office both times to verify when it was sent. Just tonight my husband's was notified his prescription would be ready by 7 pm, he went to get it at 8 pm and was told it wasn't ready yet, which was requested for refill the day before!

Shout out to the front end staff at CVS in Woodbury tonight 09/11/19!! When I arrived, there was at least 10-12 people who in line waiting for their scripts. The staff, all three, were energetic, friendly, and extremely helpful. So many people are quick to complain and gripe about negative experiences. I want to the make sure to share the positive ones. These were the most enthusiastic and cheerful staffI have encountered at CVS. Keep up the good work!

back for another prescription. bad idea on my part walked up to the counter knowing 3 should be ready. guy behind the counter said 2 were ready and said one of them wasn't filled yet. so i said i know it should have been filled..... and he said yea like two days ago...... i swear to god i don't understand what goes on here. fill people's prescriptions, what is the issue with this pharmacy. and the fact that the kid knew it should have already been filled but it wasnt then had no response when i asked why....... like ok i dont get it anymore

I realize this pharmacy is across from the hospital and is always busy, however CVS should staff it appropriately. There is ALWAYS a wait - even if you call 2 hours after the doc called in a script and they say "give it 20 min and it will be ready". An hour and a half later - still not filled. Save yourself the frustration and go to the mantua branch.
