Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to but unfortunately for me, it’s the closest pharmacy to where I live, so I’m kind of stuck going there.
They are SOOOOOOO slow. I have no idea how the pharmacy manager doesn’t have anything to say about this. The drive-thru line wraps around the block and they walk around like turtles.
If you go inside, you can get an even better view and stand in line there, as well. Usually only one register is going while 5-6 other people are all standing in front of a computer, pretending to be looking at something on their screens.. lol.
Ironically, the fastest person in there seems to be the oldest lady that works there. She must be close to retirement, and is the fastest person of all the pharmacy staff. Maybe is has something to do with her age, and having some kind of work ethic… something the newer generations seem to know very little about. Their work ethic involves doing the least amount of work possible for the most money… and boy does it show.
I used to work at Underwood when their ER was going, and of course all of our patients flocked over to CVS when they left with their scripts.
These morons working now have no idea what it is to be busy and they can’t handle just the regular amount of people in the area.
Oh, not to mention the fact that 75% of the time I get my scripts callled in there, I have to wait for them to be ordered. And forget my pain meds… omg… if I’m not made to feel like a drug addict fiend just for asking when they might get them back in stock, cause believe it or not, idiots, I need them to be able to move and function throughout the day, so for you to tell me to wait 3 days or a week, doesn’t quite work out for me… same as blood pressure meds, thyroid meds I need daily.
Seriously, corporate needs to get involved here, because CVS in Woodbury is a JOKE… it has been for a long time. Took me 2 years at least to finally get on here and write a review, and there are soooo many others that haven’t even bothered. Think about that CVS. Woodbury location SUCKS!!

Didn’t refill my prescription. Put it on hold. Didn’t contact me. I’m now trying to find out why and can’t speak to a human. If I wasn’t forced to use CVS I wouldn’t.
Edited: they called me back and left a voicemail telling me the prescription isn’t ready to be filled. It was filled in May. Except according to the bottle, it was last filled on 3/22.

Your experience at a store is what you make it. Look around and see that the staff is doing the best they can with what they have. This store has been my go to for all types of supplies at all hours of the day.

The pharmacy department must be overwhelmed. The CVS I used before I moved, would call the Dr if a situation arose where my script wasn't in the system. This CVS just kept saying, we don't have your scripts with no resolution. I would say just use a different CVS for pharmacy needs

This pharmacy has the rudest, disrespectful and unprofessional pharmacy staff I’ve EVER dealt with!! 90% of the time I pick up my prescriptions the staff doesn’t speak they stare until I say something. One staff member named Rae (female) threw my prescription on the counter, after not greeting me, barely even acknowledging me and walked away. Another staffer, Natalia or Natia, told me I couldn’t wait in line after waiting 30 mins in line for a prescription that was suppose to be filled 3 months prior. I hope all the cvs stores are not like this, this location is VERY unprofessional and I plan to transfer all my prescriptions from there.

The WORST pharmacy to deal with! They never have your meds ready, and even if they say they do, they don't! If they don't have it in stock they won't tell you unless you ask and it's up to YOU to call around to other CVS pharmacies to see if they "maybe" have your medicine! What if they need to order it your medicine? Well it's a complete circus of a guessing game of when you will actually have your medicine! The staff is BEYOND rude and ignorant and act is if you are a bother to them. Do yourself and your family a favor, go elsewhere!

Bad experience at this pharmacy: had my prescription sent there by my doctor and called ahead of time to check if it was ready for pickup. The lady on the phone said it wasn't but they can fill it and I could come by in a half hr since they have it in stock. It was snowing later that night so my husband went in the morning and they told him it was out of stock. I was then out of the area and about a week later I called to see if I could pick it up and was told yes. I went the following day from the phone call and was told yet again it was out of stock. Twice I was told on the phone it was ready for pick up only to be turned away when physically going and told its our of stock. I would not recommend this pharmacy.

I would give this pharmacy location specifically negative stars if I could. The techs/cashiers are so rude every single time. If you ask a question instead of them answering it, they get nasty and have an attitude about it. Last time I was there they were making fun of a man who was clearly disabled with a customer. My maintenance medications are never filled on time, I habitually have to call and ask for them to be filled and every single time they tell me it’ll be another day or so when it’s a maintenance medication that can’t be missed. When it was out of stock no notification on the app or anything. I wouldn’t ever ever ever go here but unfortunately my insurance requires Caremark and there’s not one closer. Worst staff, worst customer service, awful.

CVS is my favorite pharmacy because, it has many pharmaceutical items not found in other places. I find that sometimes items are sold out due to the large volume of customers that shop there such as myself. You can ask a member if you can’t find what you’re looking for and take it from there. CVS is a great place to shop for all of your personal needs and then some. If you don’t know, check them out.

Why should you have to wait on hold for 1 hour to speak to someone? Absolutely ridiculous & unacceptable

Between the junkies sitting outside begging to the lack of any help from employees I will never come to this store again
