The WORST pharmacy to deal with! They never have your meds ready, and even if they say they do, they don't! If they don't have it in stock they won't tell you unless you ask and it's up to YOU to call around to other CVS pharmacies to see if they "maybe" have your medicine! What if they need to order it your medicine? Well it's a complete circus of a guessing game of when you will actually have your medicine! The staff is BEYOND rude and ignorant and act is if you are a bother to them. Do yourself and your family a favor, go elsewhere!

Bad experience at this pharmacy: had my prescription sent there by my doctor and called ahead of time to check if it was ready for pickup. The lady on the phone said it wasn't but they can fill it and I could come by in a half hr since they have it in stock. It was snowing later that night so my husband went in the morning and they told him it was out of stock. I was then out of the area and about a week later I called to see if I could pick it up and was told yes. I went the following day from the phone call and was told yet again it was out of stock. Twice I was told on the phone it was ready for pick up only to be turned away when physically going and told its our of stock. I would not recommend this pharmacy.

I would give this pharmacy location specifically negative stars if I could. The techs/cashiers are so rude every single time. If you ask a question instead of them answering it, they get nasty and have an attitude about it. Last time I was there they were making fun of a man who was clearly disabled with a customer. My maintenance medications are never filled on time, I habitually have to call and ask for them to be filled and every single time they tell me it’ll be another day or so when it’s a maintenance medication that can’t be missed. When it was out of stock no notification on the app or anything. I wouldn’t ever ever ever go here but unfortunately my insurance requires Caremark and there’s not one closer. Worst staff, worst customer service, awful.

I called cvs for my prescription they kept me on hold for 15 minutes after the phone was picked up I spoke to a associate name Brian wich was rude this is not the first time this location has been rude to me I will be changing my pharmacy after this time stay away they are rude

Been waiting here for my prescription for 3 hours. Gone through the line 4 times, will have to probably go through it at least one or two more times, during my first hour wait, they filled the wrong prescription. In which I had to wait in the parking lot for another hour on the phone with my doctor. Then after the doctor sent the second one, they told me it would be another 30 minute wait, it’s been another hour. For TWO pills. And now after waiting in line for the 4th time, they can’t even give me a time when it will be done. My doctor wouldn’t send my prescription to PA, so I had to drive 45 minutes to get here, and now I will hit evening rush hour easily making it another 50min-1hour drive back home. I stopped coming here a long time ago because of the pharmacy service here, and this was a reminder why. I’ll update my review on how long in total hours I ended up waiting here today.

I have been using this CVS for years without any issues. The pharmacy staff appear overworked and stressed. I always start with: "still living the dream?" My little joke makes the human connection and all goes smoothly. The pharmacy staff have gone out of their way to accommodate me, and I have had some unique situations where they could have said, work it out yourself. But they have gone the extra mile and then some. CVS, if you're reading this, give all the employees a raise, they deserve it!

My mother was sick had rx sent in by urgent care. Pharmacist made us wait 30 min because she was the only one working. Mother is 83 years old has had cardiac arrest in the past. Shame on me for being concerned about her

I left a negative review on 10/26/23 due to the fact I did not like the way I was treated by a unprofessional employee in the Pharmacy area. I left that because I was upset. The lady at the front counter was very caring about what just had happened. Also apologize. So I want to say there are some employees their that do care about customers.

I filled my prescriptions at CVS in Bellmawr for years. I switched when that CVS got so bad with customer service and how they treated people it was appalling. I moved and started using the CVS in Woodbury and was delighted that their service was much better than the one in Bellmawr. Now after several years they have gone the way of the Belmar CVS you can't get a hold of anyone nobody wants to help you very few questions can be answered and that's if you can actually get through to talk to someone. It's a 24-hour pharmacy I called the first time this morning at 7:00 a.m. was on hold for 45 minutes no one answered. I called back at 8:00 a.m. and was on hold for 40 minutes and no one answered. And it's not just the pharmacy. When you go to check out for regular items there is no one there to ring you up you have to walk throughout the store to try and find someone that works there. It's the same way when you going to the store no one really cares to help you. I think the statement was when they started closing for lunch. I run a business where employees have to take a lunch break and a dinner break and somehow I can coordinate it so that we are always open and ready to serve people that want to buy our product. Somehow CVS cannot do the same thing. They have to close down the whole Pharmacy so that people can eat lunch. CVS, shame on you for your horrible service and the direction your company is going in and shame on you for not being able to manage your people in an appropriate manner.

Very busy store. Left the ER and needed to fill some prescriptions. Staff seemed overwhelmed but were kind. Waited about 30 mins. Not terrible.

Worst pharmacy around. The employees are always rude inside the pharmacy and the store. The pharmacy is under staffed and take 10-30 minutes to answer the phone if they don’t answer and hang up immediately which has happened many times. The employees are almost always miserable especially the person who takes the pharmacy calls. Unless you are picking your prescriptions up at 1 am til 6 am be prepared to wait a long time and get terrible customer service.

Carmen who rang up my purchases was very friendly and professional. She made sure that all of my coupons were applied to my purchases. Also another kind sales associate directed me to the appropriate aisle when she noticed I was looking for something.
