When Chewy only sent me 1 label for 2 boxes, Marta hopped on the phone with them and explained they need to send me 2 labels. It was immediately resolved. This store is awesome.

Andre was awesome and helped me create labels and return labels for a large shipment. Despite some challenges with the system, Andre was diligent and made sure I did not leave without getting everything I need.
