My new Dr. Justyna Obara that is my first time to see she was very pleasant very helpful very understanding to me I felt comfortable with her. Will recommend her to anybody thank you

Chose this office based off the fact that it was near my house and chose the provider Megan Carpenter because she actually accepts my insurance. And I was not disappointed. My experience was great. I hadn't been to the doctor in quite a few years and was nervous about chosing a new provider based off of past bad experiences elsewhere. The staff here was nice and helpful, Megan was great, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable, like I had know her for longer than just a few minutes. Also got bloodwork drawn and the lab tech who drew it was very skilled and I barely felt a pinch. I will definitely continue to use this office for my primary care.

If I could give 0 I would. After the service I received over the phone from the front desk, I may even be switching offices. My daughter needs working papers and was seen July cannot have another well until after that and they are refusing to fill them out until she is seen again. I have state insurance and also work in a doctors office. Children under the age of 18 cannot have well visits until at least 365 days after the last one. I even called in the morning to make sure it could be filled out and they said yes. Front desk and manager were very rude. I am done!

My issue is that my husband scheduled an appointment for March 13th. He was on the waitlist for an earlier appointment. One became available for March 2nd. He was alerted via text or mychart and he signed in to accept the newer and earlier appointment. TODAY 2/27, he was called by someone stating they had to cancel that appointment because the DR would not be in the office and that the soonest appointment they had was March 23! He told the girl that his original appointment was the 13th..... crickets. I am a former medical secretary. IF someone had this exact problem, I would be looking for a way to fix it and get them in sooner. Not even apologetic. He told her the round about time he would need for an appointment would be 3pm. After he got off the phone with her I went into the mychart and there was an appoint for March 17th at 2:40pm. COMMON SENSE, you would offer an appointment that is close to that time of 3pm to see if the patient could make it. NO, nothing. So disgusting. I am glad that my PCP left this office and went to Cooper. MY OB left Jefferson too and now I am seeing why.

Had just a sore throw for 3 weeks gave antibiotics.. still won't see me...what a JOKE. Won't see if you have a literally one symptoms from a LIST from sore throat to stomach ache to headache it was 10!!! Different symptoms!!. Every single illness has those symptoms! This is ridiculous. They don't care about you!I would give this even less stars if it was possible..

Terrible. Won’t see anyone who is sick ever since corona virus. Doesn’t matter if you have strep throat or an ear infection. They won’t see you. I think if you’re too afraid to treat patients who need help, then find a new career. Hippocratic oath? Here it’s the hypocritical oath.

While my physician at this place may be fantastic, there is absolutely nothing else that is. The customer support is horrible. And the people are rude. Example, I have been waiting five weeks for them to send my insurance company my medical records. Nobody bothered to answer my request for information for four weeks! I physically had to go in there and speak to someone who let me know that they didn’t bother even looking at requests for the last four weeks! Now we are in week five and still no answers and all of my blood work and physical information is expiring and they have yet to get my information to my life insurance company so I still am not covered! This is a joke. This group is a joke. Their customer service is a joke. I have all the logs and everything of all the calls and emails I have made, these people are absolutely horrible!Who purposely keep someone from getting life insurance to protect their family! Just a vile.

I go to the office on Evergreen Ave, in Woodbury. The ladies that work there are so friendly & helpful!! I am thrilled that Dr. Gehring joined their practice. He is an awesome doctor!! I have been a patient of his for over 25 years. He is the BEST!!! Also I met Dr Montecarlo and he was also Amazing!! If you need a new doctor, these 2 men are the ones to see!!!!

Had an appointment for 11. Got there at 1030 check in and say for an hour an half while over 15 other peopl came in we're seen and left. The only excuse I got was my Dr lost track of time. I'm currently still waiting and more people keep coming in and head straight back. Of you didn't have an 11 appointment don't schedule it. Or atleast give a heads up that it's going to be extremely delayed
