We have been going here for over 10 years and this year is definitely our last. Our tax preparer Kimberly was unprofessional, she got upset when we questioned a change in our fee structure from last year, and from that point on she showed no interest in offering advice on how to file, answering questions, etc. She filed me as a dependent to my mother without realizing that I did not qualify due to my income, which has severely delayed my return now since the return had to be amended - again no genuine advice on filing and taxes in general from the person who is supposed to be the expert. At the end of the service, she walked away without letting us know we were done or saying goodbye and stayed in the back for 5 to 7 minutes without returning. When returning she looked surprised and asked us why we were still there. We asked when the tax payment was due, and the employee told us June 15th which was again incorrect information. We will not be returning, it's becoming too expensive for the quality of service we got. If you are paying then you want to be serviced by an expert.

Always a quick and easy tax process at this office. Definitely saves me headaches of trying to file alone. Also they always have snacks, which is a huge plus while you wait to file.

Do not drop anything off; literally nothing will happen unless you are there. There is no manager at this location, according to the staff. When I asked to contact a manager after several delays and excuses, I was given the run around. I've been using this service for years, but this last experience ruined the professional relationship. I tried to call corporate to complain but had to leave a message, no one got back. This review is my only recourse.

I’ve been getting my taxes prepared here for the past 7 years and they have been so helpful. Especially when it comes to getting me the biggest refund possible.
