“Raw and natural food for your fur babies. Love this place and you pay for what you get. Quality and natural nutritional food aren’t cheap. I love that they have a loyalty program to incentivize you to return; although I would return without the loyalty program. And they have a self-service pup wash.”

“Baltimore Pet Shoppe is awesome! They have a surprising amount of pet supplies for a small space. Staff are super helpful and even helped get harnesses onto our wriggly puppy to figure out what size he needed. The staff here is very nice, telling me a lot and that both snakes are healthy so I don’t need to worry too much, and gave me some suggestions as well. I bought two live pinkies and the result is - both of them did eat!! I’m so grateful and excited.”

She does a great job with the nail grind and Mikan always smells so fresh and even though she’s shaking, I know she’s happy. And we are happy too!”

“Litterpaw takes care of pretty much everything our cats need. Ilya takes care of ordering cases of wet food for us, setting up cat sitting services, and started stocking dry food we like to buy just for us. The store cat Punky Brewster is an icon in the neighborhood, it’s worth a visit just to say hi.”
“Maggie is wonderful with my Biewer Terriers and does a great job with their cut. They get excited to see her which means a lot to me that they don’t feel anxious. We sadly moved out of the city but I will always recommend Maggie to anyone looking for a high quality cut for pure bred dogs in the city.
However, the name of the boutique fits the rest of the staff. No one says greets me when I walk in and the front desk girl is always on her phone. They just look up from their phone, scream Maggie’s name, and then go back to their phone. And they are a bit weird about scheduling. I asked if we could just keep the pups on the schedule for every 6 weeks and they said they couldn’t do that nor keep a card on file. You do get a high quality cut but not the best customer service. I guess that’s what you get with a place called “Pet Snobs”.”
“Doggie Style Pet Grooming was wonderful, kind, and informative about products, and on time with drop-off and pick-up. This was my first time for my dog to get groomed, but I will come back again soon.

“Took our golden retriever to Ahead of the Pack for grooming after little after he had to have a surgery and get his one side shaved. Denise did an amazing job, and he’s never looked better, you would never know he had even been shaved just a couple months ago. All the staff are incredibly kind and knowledgeable, their selection of toys and treats is great, and the entire experience was smooth and easy. Can’t recommend them enough!”
“Yesterday I had the pleasure of visiting Anima Pet Supply and was met with absolutely fantastic service. I’m a mom to a four year old GSD, and K was excellent at showing me different foods, explaining what they all stand for, and pointing out some of the best treat makers in town!
She has an abundant collection of all sorts I swear I mentally bought the entire store 😂. Seriously, if you’re someone who loves spoiling your pet, prepare to be tempted by everything in there.
One thing that really stood out to me is how community oriented K is. She addresses everyone by name as soon as she learns it. Usually people mispronounce mine, but she got it right on the nose the first time! That level of attentiveness really says a lot about how much she values the people who come through the door.
She’s also incredibly passionate about her work, and it truly pours out of her. You can feel that this isn’t just a job for her it’s something she genuinely loves. That kind of energy makes the whole experience feel welcoming and personal.
When you visit Anima, you’re bound to leave with great products and a lovely connection moving forward. Ricochet and I will most certainly be returning. You can tell the entire staff is genuinely excited about the service they provide, and that makes such a difference.
And for my fellow GSD owners and enthusiasts Anima has an extraordinary collection of natural animal parts and treats, and the store is very accommodating for large dogs as well. It’s honestly a great spot for anyone with a big pup who likes quality options.”

“Have always drove past this store and never had the opportunity to stop by. Thankfully, I did! I have an English Bulldog who is slowly getting younger ; ) and wanted to get her on a healthier, cleaner diet. Bill's Wonderland did not disappoint. We found so many great things for our princess. One of my new faves is PetEyez Freeze Dried Vitamin Treats! One morning, this past Spring, my dog woke up with her eye covered with "eye boogies". A film covering her entire eye. Never had I seen that before and despite how many times I cleaned her up during the day, it would always return! Got her checked and everything came back clear. I felt so bad for her and her lack of eye sight. I found these at the store and boy, have they helped tremendously!! She no longer wakes up with that coat of ocular discharge, nor does it build up during the day. I originally started with the Grain Free Beef Liver flavor. This time around they didn't have that option, but picked up the Grain Free Lamb one for her. Couldn't be anymore thankful for this product!

“I don’t even know where to begin—this review is long overdue. I absolutely love Pit Stop HQ, and so does my dog, Pluto. I’d truly be lost without it.
Pluto has separation anxiety, and my housing situation makes it tough to leave him alone (barking isn’t really tolerated). Pit Stop has been a total game-changer. They make everything so easy. The fact that it’s hourly is a huge plus—I can drop Pluto off for just a couple of hours to run errands without having to pay for a full day, which isn’t the case at many other daycares in the city.
Pluto has an absolute blast every time he goes. The staff is warm, supportive, and just really good humans—friendly, personable, and clearly animal lovers. It’s also become my go-to for boarding, and Pluto treats it like an extra-long daycare session. When I leave him there, I have zero worries about his well-being. I know he’s in excellent hands.
The first time he stayed for a full week, I picked him up and—this might sound small, but it meant so much—he had no eye boogies. That’s never happened unless someone was gently cleaning them for him. That level of care says it all.
They’re also super accommodating about Pluto’s picky eating habits, including all the little accoutrements I add to his food. And most of all, I know they love him—and that matters.
The pricing is fair, the flexibility is unbeatable, and the love is real. This place is the shit. Thank you, Pit Stop HQ, for taking such good care of my guy.”

“We stopped in to see the kitties up for adoption and to get our kitty some hairball medicine. They had a super small area where medicine like items were available. They had a large variety of cat food, almost too much it was difficult to choose.
The staff were helpful and friendly. The store was clean and accessible for my mobility scooter.”
