I’m a VERY difficult stick when it comes to bloodwork. No matter how much water I drink, no matter how still I am, my veins love to roll. The two techs at Quest were so sweet and empathetic when it took 4 tries to get me. Two different techs put up with my stupid veins, and they successfully managed to get the stick while being gentle every time they attempted. They were both incredibly personable and did an amazing job at keeping me distracted while I braced the procedure. Even though I had to endear the extra pokes, I’d return back again in a heartbeat. It’s a nightmare every time I have to go for routine labs, and they made the whole thing much more bearable. I left with tips on how to make my next go a bit easier, and was glad to be in such caring hands

I went to Quest without an appointment for blood tests and only had to wait a couple of minutes. The results of the tests were posted online within 12 hours.

Lizzy was very warm, friendly, fast and efficient. I checked in on my phone in the parking lot, waited in the seating area for about 3 to 5 mins and I was called back. This Quest location was easy to find, the suite was very clean and professional.

I had an appointment with a tech named yaritza there and i was an hour early and they work so fast that i got in the back within a couple minutes and got my bloodwork done fast. They are some amazing people working there. She was so respectful and caring for me. Such a great employee and addition to the place. ??

Fast , Appointments are easy to set up on line. Sign in is simple. Patients are spaced out nicely so waiting time is not a problem.

Excellent customer service. I did not find the automated scheduling system friendly at all. I had no success after trying six times. It wouldn’t recognize my name no matter how I spelled it. So I was a walk-in.

My appointment was quick, easy and the Phlebotomist was great! She was friendly, professional and listened to me when I let her know about the scar tissue in my arm due to prior years of fertility treatments. Normally blood draws are painful for me but she was precise and it didn't hurt at all.

Very clean facility. They are very efficient and will get you in and out quickly. I was helped by Nicole today and she was absolutely wonderful. Kept me calm and relaxed for the entire appointment and explained things thoroughly. She is a great addition to the team at Quest. Thanks again Nicole and everyone at the Woodbury Quest location!
