Had end tables took out their extended warranty plan. The finishes started coming off the tables. All they did was come out and take pictures twice because they ignored us. The first time they came out today took more pictures then called my wife and told her oh well, it’s not our problem. Very very disappointed in their customer service and they are doing nothing about it no credit no refund no nothing don’t ever get an extended warranty through Raymore Flanigan very disappointed in the sales people and the management at the debt center.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The only issue I'm having is waiting for the item is taking too long to be back in stock. Then 2 more weeks for delivery.

Kathleen is great to work with! I began purchasing items from the Outlet store last year and ask for her every time we need a new piece of furniture. The process is always seamless, and the cost is fair for quality items. Delivery and set up is always a smooth process as well, and I'm grateful for that!

Our salesperson (Shawn) was good (Did not follow us) and gave us space to allow us though time to make our purchase decisions. We were able to also find a few things other than our original reason being there. No pressure stalking works much better!

Was hoping the couch I viewed online which was shown to be in that showroom was there, the salesman said that sight is a mess! (So they really shouldn't advertise something being physically available in a location when it's not) Saying that I went ahead & ordered the couch and I'm hoping I like it. The salesman was pleasant enough but when he discussed the extra protection option he didn't get a yes or no from me yet he put it in the system to be a yes, I told the cashier that no "I didn't even give agreement to that", to his credit he may have just assumed I was ok with it cause I was nodding my head as he explained the details ?♀️. As he escorted me to check out another customer started asking about barstools to which he passed me off rather quickly to the lady doing my invoice and then helped the other customer. What he should have done was tell her he'd be with her after completing with me (I felt brushed off). Anyhow I'm looking forward to the sofa and hope not to be disappointed as there are no returns at this R&F Outlet.

This was my third stop in a day spent sofa shopping and we were so lucky to have been greated by Matt who gaves us the freedom to wander without a shadow. We let him know the limited space we were working with along with all our non-negotiable & necessary features (all pillows should be removable - c'mon!). As we plopped back and forth between contenders, Matt would inevitably maneuver an expert assist in the shift toward the decision that truly felt like ours in the end. Can't wait to sit on my new couch!
