Despite some frustrations with the bank's hours, customers generally praise the friendly and helpful tellers, especially at the Woodbury branch, where the customer service is described as excellent.
I just want to thank Miss Diane for helping me with my online account. She was very busy when I phoned the branch from Europe. She was the only person who took care of me while servicing other customers. I am very frustrated with TD Bank in general but she really came through. Thank you so much, ma'am.

This is my favorite branch! When I am able to drive or with my husband this is are go to branch out of three in our area. I can’t say enough about the customer service I have received in this branch . I have yet do discover someone out right rude. Thanks again to the staff at Woodbury TD.

Tellers very nice but hours sucks when they first open they had the best hours now hours very bad people get off work 5 or after pnc open until 6 most people choose TD when that first open cause of the hours lol
