Had my bridesmaid dress altered in about a week. Had 3 layers hemmed & taken in on both sides for about what David’s bridal charges to hem one layer. I can’t find any flaws. Heck I can’t even figure out where she took it in on the sides the seam is so well blended into the original stitching. I’ll definitely use her in the future. Only thing is she never called when the dress was done. I just had to sort of guess and stop by to see if she was done or not and she was.

The only person working here when I walked in was a male. The store is small and he was not wearing a mask. When I received my clothes all but two of the garments had big brown and black stains on them. The shirts had creases all over them and were unwearable due to the stains and random creases. A tag was melted to the collar of the shirt. When I showed the issues to the same man, he denied there was any problem and acted like he could not see the brown tea-like stains down the entire front of a white shirt. Then he changed his mind and said it was burned starch and he could fix it. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. Having worked for years in the service industry, I know treating customers with disrespect is a poor business practice. The only positive experience was from another customer who saw how upset I was when I was leaving, ran after me and told me he would get my money back. He came back with a fraction of the total cost and apologized for the man (owner?). I would never trust this business to clean anything I cared about.

I've been going here with my daily dress work shirts and periodic suits for years. Great service and good prices. Open late and on Weekends.

I will never get anything hemmed here again! It was horrible, thread didn't match my dress AND the hem wasn't straight!

Dry cleaning wasn't ready well past the time it should have been so had to come back. Wander around for 20 minutes, come back and the lady barks at me "NO" when I try to give her my card. Customer service is definitely lacking there. Won't go back.

They do a very good job washing/ironing my work dress shirts at a very good price. The store is the old Pathmark shopping center behind TD Bank.No problems and going there for six months after the Mullica Hill cleaners closed. Orange Cleaners was too expensive and had weird coupons.

I hired them to press and do a minor alteration on my wedding gown. They let out the layers on one side of my dress, and sewed a clip to the outside of the organza in plain view. When I saw the damage, I went in to complain and they blamed it on me. They said I wore it and did the damage myself. I had to take it to a professional seamstress for repairs. I will be seeing them in court. They have no business offering to do alterations on a gown. Horrible job and even worse service.
